My experience was very good. Brought in my Galaxy S10 for water intrusion. 40 quid to open and clean. They were clear it was "50/50" if that would work. They only took cash which was a little concerning (perhaps they don't want a CC refute if the repair doesn't work). They got the phone back to me exactly when they said (4 hours) and the device was working fine. Happy with the result.

Have broken a phone three times, one was beyond repair and they didn't charge me as they couldn't fix it, replaced smashed screen twice for very reasonable price, and there was a faulty connection causing a black screen for front camera which they fixed for no charge following a screen repair. They are very reliable, quick, cheap and friendly. On my way to them today following a reset loop on my iphone.

I had very good experenice with all the guys in this shop, they fixed my HP laptop within 48 hours and mind you I thought my laptop was a lost cause and I was planning to buy a new one. 4 weeks later, my laptop is still going strong and they saved me 800 pounds! Thank you guys again!

Managed to spill nail polish on my laptop. Let it dry than called up and it was great!! The laptop is now basically as it was . Much more efficient than the Mac store where i have been previously! Definitely worth the money knowing its in good hands.

Excellent experience with Archway, first rate customer service! I tried them initially a few months ago when my laptop needed some water damage repaired and a service. Their work was first class and it was good as new. Recently, I returned the laptop for a separate issue and they didn't even charge me to sort it out. I spilt coffee on my laptop and it completely shut down. This place managed to get it working again without any loss of data, they saved my life. They were very precise with the work they were going to do and how much it would cost. They called me up and gave me updates and informed me about any further work needed and how much it would cost. What they charged me was very reasonably and most probably cheaper than an Apple store. Laptop has been working without problems since i got it back. Very recommended!

What a life saver this shop was to me thanks so much! i dropped my iPhone 6s in the sink ! Everything stopped working.had no way to contact kids during day.i exspected at least a few days for repair ? the staff were so helpful saying they were very busy but would do all they could come back in a couple of hours if I left my number and if were any problems they would call. Went back to shop had been dried new screen and battery fitted and phone working perfectly! And very reasonable price too would definitely recommend.

I took in my laptop when it wouldn"t boot up. Because i urgently needed it for my dissertation, they diagnosed it,repaired it, and got it back with me within two days. The cost was well worth the speed considering my situation. Almost a week later and the computer works great. you guys are amazing !!!

One of the many shops I'd called to get a replacement keyboard for laptop after dropping it. Keyboard popped out, was bent in a very bad shape and keys were dropping off. Quotes I received from other shops were around £200+ to fix. Walked-in to this shop to have them look at it. After 20 mins, it was fixed and looks good as new. I was only charged £20 as labour fees. No messing about. This is why it deserves a review.

Saved my trip! My sons computer stopped working just before we were due to head back across the Atlantic! What with all the new policies about all electronics having to be powered up and running or they aren’t permitted to go we were really worried. My MacBook Air backlight went and I took it to the apple store, they quoted an astronomical amount for repair. I took it to the Archway Computer Centre and they quoted a quarter of the price of Apple. they identified the problem, fixed it quickly and kept me posted all along the way. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable as I asked many questions that they answered well... and my mac is working perfectly. can't thank them enough.

This has been a very good laptop shop. I had a broken screen and they fixed it to precision and no marks were left. They promised it would be ready in a couple days and it was. However, despite leaving the laptop for a month, they looked after it for me with no extras charge!

My phone screen broke and I popped in as they were on my way home. Got there at after 6pm not expecting to get my phone back until the next day but they did it in 20 mins and with a genuine apple replacement screen! Very friendly and helpful. Amazing service and could not have been happier!

After searching for about an hour and trying at least 4 different electronic shops, this was the only shop that solved my issue! They were able to customise a universal camera battery charger for me at no additional cost. Without them, I would have had to buy a new camera which would have burnt a huge hole in my pocket. Kudos to them for making my day! :)
