Excellent customer service. This guy is the BEST in the area. He fixed my laptop charging port, very patient and very good at explaining cost, issues and potential risk with the repair. My screen was already damaged so he made me aware that it may have to be replaced fully. Called to keep me updated on progress and even let me transfer data before the final repair was complete. My charging port is working better than before and my screen didn't need replacing so kept the cost to a minimum. A great repair job - a very HAPPY customer! AT Digital have helped me several times over the last few years with fixes to phones (replacing screens and batteries etc.) and have always been trustworthy, quick and reliable. However, I felt compelled to write a review today after they helped fix a long-running problem with my wife's laptop that had me completely stumped. They were recommended by another computer repair shop in the area to fix a problem with the laptop power supply (the battery was not recharging). The very pleasant owner responded very helpfully to my initial phone call, said he could help and, when I brought the laptop in a couple of days later, he diagnosed and fixed the problem (he had the part in stock) on the spot. I've desperately tried to find a good laptop service in December, not long before Christmas, then I found this shop.I had problems with my laptop's cooler fan and screen hinge was broken. I thought a simple cleaning and repair will be enough.I called them first, the guy was very helpful on the phone too. They fixed my laptop within three days although it turned out the fan needed to be replaced. I got a discounted price on top of it. I've had great experience here and highly recommend to anyone who needs a quick and professional service.

Just had my laptop fan replaced and my built in web camera restored. The staff, both on the phone and in the shop, were very helpful and friendly. Very satisfied with the results and it cost less than I thought it would and what I'd been quoted by other companies. Highly recommended. I am always served really well at this IT store and every query that I have is being dealt with swiftly and nothing is too much for the owner of the shop. Excellent service, knowledge-able, prompt service and very reasonable prices. I had a faulty laptop that required repair. They removed the data and put it on a gadget called "caddy" so I can have access to my files. They charged £25. They inspected the laptop and were able to repair it even though two other shops claimed that a new motherboard is required and failed to replace the motherboard. At Digital confirmed they are able to repair the fault without a need to change the motherboard and charged £40 for the repair. This too two days only

Visited this shop on recommendation and my experience was an extremely positive one. My 2009 Macbook pro stopped working-when switching it on there was no start up disk just a flashing folder with a question mark. Since it broke down, it had been some time since I considered repairing it, when I did visit here to get it repaired, I was given what came across as skilled, efficient, genuine and honest advise. The advisor opened up my laptop and took out my battery which was causing the bottom cover to come away from the rest of the body of the mac (the battery had expanded and was hazardous). I was given advice on how to retrieve and maintain all my data. This repair was very affordable and reasonable for an old mac model that hadn't been serviced within the past 6 years. AT Dig carried out a service, clean, new hard rive (double the size of my last one) and up to date software installation. This maintenance was all turned around within an hour which was impressive.Overall great customer service which was memorable, will be going back for future repairs & advice. Very friendly and helpful advisors. I am writing this after a few hours of my device being repaired.

The computer technician explained to me what the problem was my with laptop and what were the possible solutions until I understood (I do struggle understanding technology) so that I could make an informed decision. Friendly, courteous and efficient. I took in my tower desk top for a power supply problem, and they fixed it within a few days; replacing the power supply and cleaning all the parts from the dust that had accumulated over the years. They made sure that all the parts were put together as they were originally, and that all was working correctly before handing the PC over to me to take home. All for a reasonable price. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

Great service. I had a MacBook Pro that was severely damaged, wouldn't even turn on. Apple told me to take it to a specialist to see if they could potentially get the files off it. Atdigital went above and beyond customer service - they were able to get the files off of it for me and even did the work overnight, transferring the files to another hard drive and my new computer, all the while keeping me updated. Now that's customer service! Would highly recommend!

On my son's recommendation I took a laptop in which needed attention. It was an elderly laptop and I needed an honest opinion as to whether it was worth spending money on it. The guys booted it up on the spot and within five minutes had identified the issues. Having established there was nothing wrong of a serious nature, I left it with them and it was ready for collection a couple of days later. A professional, courteous business with staff who are experts at what they do. 10 years and three laptops later, I am grateful to be able to turn to Han and his team for my computing or mobile phone needs. Have today just engaged Han to switch out Windows 10 for Linux when an installation wiped my laptop's hard drive, and now I couldn't be happier. Support this local business who are providing a much needed service in the area. Several buses stop outside the Store, easy to get to. Many special offers are available inside the Store, and online, just pop in and ask. Outside business hours, go to the website and complete the query form, and you will receive a response, followed up by a phone call. Visit often as stock changes and offers are sometimes limited.

Hi, my computer did not work and I went to ask to the shops nearby,I said I was buying new motherboard bundle but it did noit switch on. All the shops nearby refused me to help, saying there were busy or what worse, they could not help. These guys are really honest FIVE STARS I recently took my phone in with a faulty headphone socket. They fixed it up in no time at all, but when I got it back the charge port had blown. They had to send the phone off to get the charger fixed, but this cost them £40 pounds, of which they didn't charge me a penny. The probable cause of the charge port blowing was my not-so-good car charger, so for them to do this for free was really kind. I will definitely be going back here, and recommending to friends. Carry on being honest and loving what you do. It makes all the difference!

Efficient Service, Brought my Computer back from the Dead My Think-pad is just over a year old, and wouldn't reboot - seems to be a common problem with the model, I tried all the internet suggestions without success so I was told I had to send back to Lenovo - and not covered by Warranty (weeks without my laptop) These folks fixed it within a day - usually they prefer 5 day turnarounds to check the machine, but I was desperate, and needed it, dropped it off yesterday, got it back this morning....something to do with the motherboard...but way faster than sending to Levovo and way cheaper.
