Let me share a story of exceptional customer service I had with Bits & PC. I got my an issue of booting up my macbook air, called the company and a friendly cool fella named Abdel arrived within the day to help me fix it. He successfully helped me got it backed up but it afterw a while I see it ran very very slowly, like it took me 20 mins to restart. I took a picture and send Abdel, lucky for me he was still nearby and he asked if he could come over again to have a look. After a few hours finally everything worked out, what a relief for both of us, I truly feel grateful for having a guy with such enthusiasm and friendliness to help me out until my issue is fixed. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced!
