J. R.I needed help with some wifi issues. BreezeTech was excellent. Responsive, professional, and excellent at what they do. They took the time to understand the problem, think it through, and then resolve it. They explained everything clearly and were really user-friendly. I have already booked in for some help with other things.
s. v.I was locked out of my laptop, and called BreezeTech. Although it was not urgent (the laptop was exclusively for a specific software) one of their engineers came to my place the following working day.
He stayed for 2hs in several attempts to avoid wiping everything out, saved all content, eventually wiped the system out, downloaded the software, updated the laptop, dealt with all security aspects, simplified the use maintaining security so that I wouldn't be locked out again in the future, replaced the content, and all I had to do was request a new activation code for the software have it running again.
And he charged for 1h30!
Couldn't be happier!

P.I had an issue with my laptop not charging port and provided some alternatives to a repair (use a usbc charging port instead which i was unaware of) I didn't have to pay for their service in the end but the quick chat I had over the phone to discuss the issues on my laptop model was incredibly useful. I will definitely be using them in future for any more intractable problems

The guy who came, Samir, was incredibly helpful and was able to access my hard drive. All of this for a very good price.
