M.These people are FANTASTIC!They REALLY do help you,and work with you.forget the extra mile,they do a mile and half!if you need quality and are on a tight budget,or finding a particular time in your life harder and ends won't meet these people are the people to see,you won't regret it as they are fair and work WITH you,communication is the key!
P. B.Well, what can I say? An absolutely fantastic store that sets a great example for other pawn-type shops around. They are friendly, they remember my name as soon as I walk in etc. The staff there are so kind and always help me out when I need it.
For example, I was running 2 days late on an agreement. I phoned them and explained the situation. The nice gentleman who answered the phone held the item for me until the end of the week so that I could come and redeem it. I'm sure that a different well known pawnbroker that I used to use would have pulled the item straight away.
All in all, I think this company is fantastic and really are an asset to an ever-declining high street.
