Went today to buy a phone for my daughter for x mas great service really helpfull staff. They have l0ads on offer and are full of advice. I have brought from them in the past and never had any problems with there products and will also use them in the future.

Although it is rather small, they have a big team to take care of customers and that translates to lesser waiting time. They have most big name brands in smartphones and computers and some smaller, lesser known names and their staff is knowledgeable. Their maintenance service itself is good but their customer follow-up needs to improve for them to get a five star rating.

Excellent affordable service. iPhone 6 screen replacement turned around in 1hr. Good service from the team and replacement screen is more than acceptable quality and well worth the £55 which is much cheaper than other shops were quoting me. I'd definitely recommend to other in the Woolwich area. They also threw in a free screen protector too :)

Very good customer service! They fixed my phone in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended. I've seen some bad reviews about bad quality. People don't expect too much for that price which they charge you. If you expect much better quality go somewhere else and pay a double price (or even more) somewhere else. You pay what you get for.

I was put off by some of the feedback given but had no choice as it was late at night and quite urgent. Their Technician was on his way out and he stopped and stay 30 minutes extra to fix my phone. Management and customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend these guys.
