Excellent service! I put my older laptop in for an OS upgrade. They undertook a comprehensive diagnostic before starting and found another problem which we were able to fix before it became a major issue. Very polite and efficient people to deal with. Was trying to find someone in the area who could help fix my laptop in a quick manner due to moving. I spoke to one of the owners about what was going on and brought it in the next day. It is a sightly older model laptop but updated with windows 10. Let him know circumstances as to why I needed it done quickly and he worked with me on how much it will be and when. He stated it would be about a couple days and sure enough I got the call that it was ready to be picked up. They were able to restore it and even get it faster then how it originally was. They seem super down to earth and I definitely would recommend going to them to get your repairs done.

The logic board in my computer (barely a year old) stopped working out of nowhere. Apple quoted me between $700-$800, and because I was just barely out of my warranty, would do absolutely nothing to help. I sent it to City laptop service centre, was quoted HALF of what Apple quoted me, and they fixed it within an hour and got it back in the mail to me. Truly truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly, understanding, and compassionate . I got my computer repaired here and all I can say is they are great! I used the speedy check-in not really knowing what to expect, but once I arrived I simply told them I had completed the speedy check-in, they asked my name, verified my phone number and issues, and just like that I was done. Took one minute! They called me about 3 hours later with my quote. I approved as the price was great,(hard drive replaced and data transferred for less than $200) and it was ready for me an hour later. That's just great. They are the best, they fixed my computer, which I thought it was a lost case! I spilled coffee on my MacBook Pro, it was a lot of coffee! I took it to an apple approved repair shop and they told me that it was going to cost me more than a new computer, and that I should consider it a total loss. At this point I had no warranty, I did not buy a protection plan, and the computer was only 1 year old. At least I needed to recover my data, and this apple approved place told me it was going to be $2,100. I decided to ship my laptop to the City laptop service center, and they did an amazing job communicating with me about any updates. They estimated to repair it for $700, and then told me it was only going to cost me $425. I was very happy. They shipped it back for free, and now I have my computer working "almost perfectly , but I have all my data, which I immediately saved into an external hard drive. I highly recommend them.

As an aging ‘boomer’ my knowledge of how computers have improved over the past several years is minimal. My computer was about 7 years old and seemed to be getting slower by the day. I have a Dell XPS 13 that had a swollen laptop battery and a nonresponsive track pad. I contacted Laptop Repair via their website and had a quote very quickly - along with insight into the trackpad likely not needing to be replaced (turns out the swollen battery interfered with its option) and 2 options for repair (one a bit less expensive than the other). Once they received the battery from Dell - which took a few days - they picked up the laptop at my home (masked and arriving AMAZINGLY promptly) and delivered it back to me less than 24 hours later.
