I had a great experience with Computer Being. I was worried when I couldn't get my laptop to work yesterday evening as I had a lot of reports to do today. I took it round to Computer Being this morning where they were super fast, helpful and kind: they fixed my laptop whilst I waited and showed me how to resolve the problem if it were to happen in the future. They will be my go-to now for any computer related issues. Thank you for all your amazing help :)

I had an issue with my Gaming Computer and I wanted a trustworthy company to fix it. Though this is my first time using computer being, I am very happy with the way they work and the overall outcome. Took my MacBook Pro to Apple after I accidentally spilled coffee on it and it would not turn on at all. They advised that the logic board should be replaced at a cost of £700. Went to Computer Being for a second opinion as they were close by and the guys there found that the board was fine and the keyboard just needed replacing which included the power button. The total cost was £140. Needless to say I am very happy.

To my great frustration, my 2012 MacBook did not recognize my hard drive which had very important work in it and the Apple Store would not help at all due to it being an outdated model. A gentleman in Computer Being after I stressed out how important it would be to have the laptop working asap found out that the issue was with the hard drive cable and replaced it on the spot. Two weeks ago, there were some issues with my laptop's audio and fan. The audio didn't work and the fan ran grazily right after I turned my laptop on. After I brought my laptop to computer being, they diagnosed it and found the issue source within 2 working days, and fixed it very soon. All the work was done in 2 working days. One thing I need to say, it was a software problem with my laptop that caused these issues. Many repairers would like to recommend me to reinstall the system to fix software issues, which will certainly cause many troubles for me to back up documents and reinstall applications. Computer Being fixed it directly, which really saved me.

Brilliant service. My old laptop had become really slow and Constantine turned it into a superfast beast by replacing the hard drive with an SSD and reinstalling the operating system. Without any warning my Macbook stopped working and did not show any signs of life. I took it to the Apple Store on Regent Street and they told me that they needed to replace the mainboard presenting a quote almost as high as purchasing a new Macbook. My macbook pro retina was damaged due to water spilling on the keyboard, I called 7 different places in central London to get an idea on how much this would cost, I was told from 140 pounds up to 490 pounds, with several places telling me the battery would have to be replaced, which is completely untrue, the keyboard just needed replacing. Computer Being quoted me 140 pounds, not only were they the cheapest and most honest place but they are quick and reliable! I could not reccommend them more! They had my laptop back up and running within 48 hours with a brand new keyboard.

wouldn't recommend for musicians looking to recover projects. they recovered my data but there was no file structure or labelling so my hard drive is still unusable. important music software projects were not there that i thought would be
