Called up first and asked if i could bring my laptop in as i was having some issues. The owner Raj was super helpful and said i could pop in the same day. He took a look and ran some diagnostics with me and to both our surprise the problem was fixed after the restart! I offered to pay but he said no need as he only took a look and doesnt charge for that. 10/10 service and a really nice guy. Would recommend

I cannot give enough praise to Raj . He is one of the best people I have dealt with . An honest and reliable technician with plenty of skill and always giving good advice . I say that with the experience that he not only rescued my Laptop which had died after coffee was spilt but then when an OS failure occurred on my ancient Imac he replaced the hard drive with an ssd and returned the hard drive to me with lots still on it . Both turn arounds were very fast and the efficiency and quality of the work was exceptional . I would recommend him to anyone in trouble with a mac as the most efficient and honest assessor of a problem . He is also very fair in his payments and a completely trustworthy. I would do business with him any time and am completely happy with his work. Many Thanks Raj. I have since returned to Raj for help with yet another machine which had a corrupted OS. He fixed it with no trouble , installed a new OS, changed the drive to an SSD and it now works wonderfully . That is three machines which were dead and restored to a brilliant fast and effective work horse. Amazing service and so fast . I would recommend this to anyone with an ailing machine . Just ask Raj and he will help you .

Raj is a one in a million find if you need anything done with your Apple products. He is very knowledgeable and willing to share and teach you. My nephew needed a laptop to complete his homework and off course most importantly be able to connect with his friends and play games. Raj took my Mac book pro….2010 and updated the memory battery and provided the up to date charger and my nephew has his first Apple product and is in heaven. Raj’s prices are also very competitive he is a great guy I am really please with the aftercare arrangements and will definitely use his services again. Keep up the good work Raj…. Did I forget to add, he works very quickly too so if your repair or need is urgent let him be the first person you call .

We had an emergency with a fairly new Lenovo gaming laptop that had liquid damage (spilled liquid on the keyboard) and we gave Raj a call after we saw the great reviews here. He was really busy already but he told us to bring the laptop in and he'll have a look at it. Once we got there, he immediately opened it for us to assess it and he worked on the same night on it and the day after. He recorded the whole process to show us what stopped working and what needed to be changed. We didn't know if the situation was reversible but he did manage to save the laptop and have it working like brand new. He also gave us a 3 month warranty and a great price. Amazing customer service, great skills at his job and a great person overall. Thank you Raj!

Such brilliant service, I needed a new charger for my old MacBook and the gentleman gave me what I needed, and helped me by cleaning the fan in my Mac so that it wouldn’t overheat so much. Lovely service and super kind. Would recommend!! Super knowledgeable and friendly, would definitely come back. He always does any services needed in front of you too, so you can feel safe leaving expensive goods with him, I was worried about my laptop being opened up but being able to see it happen in front of me made me feel so much better! He’s not out to scam you, he knows his stuff which I great 👍 lovely service and my laptop works so much better now! Thank you!!

This shop is under NEW Management I took husbands HP laptop with damaged screen (Big Black Spots) for repair on Saturday 04/09/2021 afternoon, shop didn't have spare in stock so a small deposit was left to secure screen order. Owner said it should be ready by Tue/Weds dependent upon delivery from the supplier. Surprised to receive a call Monday 06/09/2021 afternoon informing me screen was repaired & ready for collection so went to pick it up later that evening; checked it was all in working order by switching on laptop to view screen display it was 100% brand new. Great customer service, will definitely recommend using Computer King shop to everyone and I shall be using them in future.

I am really glad I found this company. I took my laptop in, with a frozen screen and no idea how to fix the problem. I met Raj, who checked it and proceeded to work on it for a short time and the problem was resolved! We live locally and needed an old iMac restored. We tried doing it ourselves being avid Mac users but couldnt fix the problem. We ve never taken kit to a store before so were a bit hesitant. Raj did a great job fixing up an iMac for me. He reinstalled software and replaced the drive and added more memory. He did this during lockdown so I took the machine to his home and the service was quick friendly and professional. He even threw in a replacement panel screen for free as he had one in the shop. My laptop was water damaged and wouldn't turn on at all. I called Apple Mac Repairs. They picked it up, mended it within 24 hours and dropped it back. The communication was good. The price seemed fair. So far (2 weeks later) I've had no problems. I'm really happy with the service.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received by this company. I dealt with Sunny who listened to my problem and put my mind at ease by telling me that he was confident in resurrecting my iMac. I was amazed at the speed of the inspection tool place, his advise was delivered with a note achieved only by experience. I decided to allow them to carry out the repair and much to my amazement happened within the space of 5hrs. I highly recommend this company and thank them for the service. Honestly you need to try these guys. After having tried a few repair shops which all quoted me ludicrous amounts to repair my mac, I found these guys on Google and in all fairness a few reviews did scare me at first. I dropped my MacBook air in as it no longer wanted to turn on. I didn't even get home before they called and told me they found the problem on the board and it would cost 180 to repair. The next day I got another call to say it was ready to collect. Outstanding and best of all trustworthy. Inside the shop things looked a little untidy with mac parts everywhere, but then again they are very knowledgeable. A place that looks busy and untidy is usually a place that knows what they are doing. Don't let anyone scare you, try them yourself.

Having inadvertently spilt a significant amount of liquid on my Macbook i took it to the Apple store and the price quoted for repair was nearly as much as buying a new model. I was told by a friend to try the local Mac repair shop, took it in and four days later and at a fraction of the cost my Mac is back and working like brand new. Poor communications.I took my computer in on Saturday and was told they would call me to give a quote for the work either later that day or Monday. Nothing. I called on Tuesday evening and was told they would would be in touch. Nothing. Went in on Thursday to get my computer back and it had been repaired. When I complained that they hadn't given me a quote, they said they had called and coudn't get through. I had no missed calls on my phone.

I was very scared to go to this repairer, after reading one or two very bad reviews, involving the police intervening. Now I know they must be his competiters, or enemies. I was absolutely delighted at their fast, effecient and very courteous servive, and that too within hours! My CD optical drive was not funtioning and needed replacement. Even the price charged was lowest when I phoned aroung dozens of repairers. Some were abslolutely rip offs. I recommend this repairers who are absolute expert Mac repairers. I am a retired doctor and went to them first time, and talking impartially! Thank God there are decent honest traders still around.

After several attempts by the Apple store in Brent Cross to fix my 2011imac I was told I need to replace my entire logic board and power supply unit and they quoted me over £600! I thought its best taken a look elsewhere and boy am I glad I found these guys. They managed to fix the main board at a fraction of what I was quoted amd also collected and delivered my imac for free. My macbook was running very slow, I took to apple repair centre and I was told that I should buy a new model because my laptop is classified as (vintage), I left apple store very upset, so I found webmac, I spoken with Paul and after few secs he come up with the solution, for memory and ssd hd upgrade, and now my so so *vintage* laptop as apple genius said, is running really fast like 7 times or so than before THX FOR U WEBMAC TEAM. Apple offered me a new laptop for £870, got my macbook upgraded for £160 from a shop that called my device by laptop and not an vintage !

I dropped my iphone in water - total panic as friends said that it could not be fixed. Tried the old rice trick but no luck. Called up WebMac in Hanwell as I'd used them before. They were awesome - know their stuff! it took a few days but they had it up and running just as before. Saw my phone case was past its best and did me a deal on that aswell. love these guys:)

Can't say they haven't done the job as they had,but the thing is they didn't informed me about prices at all. I paid 325£ for new keyboard and logic board repair ( which was basically just cleaning). I wouldn't mind to pay 250 or so but this company is a bit pricy!
