Terrific technical advice, great value and fast service . Ken offers highly appropriate preliminary diagnostic advice reassuring me ( and my nervous laptop ! ) that that we were in good hands . My super hp laptop was overloaded, no longer wanting to be windows updated, and had a potentially nasty bug too. After fully cleansing and reloading it is as good as new and with a cleaned fan too to keep things cool . Really happy and very thankful to Ken .

Ken explained my computers problem simply but in detail. He gave me a choice of repair: this included how either one could benefit or not. Once agreed the choice of repair it took only 48 hours to complete. The cost was very good value and I am very happy with the new system.

My Laptop was slowing down due to 100% disc usage. After talking to Ken about the issue he laid out some options and I decided to go for a M.2 NVMe SSD to speed up the operating system. Ken not only installed the new SSD but he also installed a clean bloat free windows 10 on the M.2 drive and retained all my old files on the original HDD. My laptop is super fast now! It boots up in around 5 seconds and never slows down now. I will definitely recommend this place. Perfect service.

I am very pleased with the service and price and the results. I took 3 laptop for repair and the owner gave me very unest advice and he told me upfront how much will cost me and how long it takes and he was through and polite. The man provides wonderful service, and much better value for money. I had gone to knowhow in currys at staples corner, they provided me a terrible service and did not understand value of time for my business. This gentleman solved my problem with in less than a day. I would recommended this place for any computer surgery that one may need to carry out.

Appel couldn’t do better !!!. I struggle to fix my MackBook Air with Apple, instead try in to fix they offer me voucher to purchase new laptop saying that my Mack is unfixable .This lovely men was recommended to me by one of my client and he fix my Mac in less then 2 weeks plus it works like brand new .5stars

The perfect blend of professional & personal! I bought a faster CPU for my laptop and intended to do the swap myself but needed some CPU cooling gel. I phoned up this place since it was close by and the owner told me he didn't sell the gel but he could give me some for free! When I got there I asked him how much he'd charge for the upgrade and since it was only £30 I thought maybe I should let him handle it since I had bought the very expensive CPU (i7 940xm) online and in case of any disputes I had done everything by the book. The operation was finished within the same day and I'm happy with my upgraded laptop.
