Computers inc is fab! They just fixed my elderly fathers' mac air and made it more user friendly for his computer needs. The assistant was happy to spend as long as I needed going through what they had improved. You really get the personal touch. I have used them for many years now.

Great customer service. After emailing to enquire and explain the issue with my MacBook, Dayo was quick to respond and very helpful. He kept me in the loop all the time and when my part arrived, i brought it up to the shop and the issue was fixed within 24 hours for the best price I had been offered. MacBook is as good as new again. Thank you!

I can not recommend Computers Inc highly enough. My computer had completely died and I thought I had lost all my photographs.It is an old computer so I was not expecting it to be repairable. I contacted them via e-mail and then took my computer to them. The staff were lovely and said they would have a look at it for free to ascertain what was wrong and, if they could help, they would repair it. The service was superb. They sorted out the problem with no fuss or bother. If I could give higher than 5 stars on this review I would. Thank you Computers Inc. You have made a customer for life.

I've been using this place for years. Went in this morning, no girl sat on the desk scrolling on a phone (looking disinterested) instead a really engaging engineer who offered me a coffee while I waited and went through everything he had done to resolve my problem. My laptop had finally given up & the engineer rescued all my data. Fantastic! Took a matter of hours too. Just hope the engineer (Nic?) decides to stick around as he certainly has transformed the business. Thank you Paul

Absolutely fantastic service from the team at Computers Inc. I arrived in a panic as my laptop was faulty and I was about to start a new job immediately. Rob was extremely understanding and clearly explained the parts & procedures that were needed to get me up and running again. The service was completed within 24 hours and for an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely be going back here and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! So good to find someone trustworthy and much better than an apple 'genius'!

I've used computers Inc and Axel for years and always received a great service....Axel really knows his stuff and he always managed to fix any problem I had, from laptop to desktop, he never failed....even picked up my large desktop....great staff and great prices.... definitely would recommend for any computer related problems you have ..

I recently bought a Mac Book Pro from Computers Inc and had tremendous service from Rob. As well as transferring all my data onto the new machine he also researched ways in which I could continue to use a specialised PC programme on the OS platform and set everything up so it all worked very smoothly. This took him a lot of extra hours , all done with a smile and commitment to get it right. Excellent service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the moment I entered the shop and met Rob I knew my i-Mac was going to be in safe hands. It had been playing up for some time, and eventually crashed completely. I hadn't backed up my data for the last six months and I had also completely wiped my entire 9 years of data from my only back-up disk, so I was not a happy bunny. I had visited the Apple store and three other local shops prior to visiting Computers Inc but none had been particularly helpful or encouraging. No one seemed to be remotely interested. However, as soon as I met Rob, I felt totally confident that he would be able to sort out all the issues. And so it proved. He quickly diagnosed the likely problem with the Mac, checked my external disk for free, which took only a moment. (None of the other local shops had offered to do this, although one would have for a £60 fee). Rob was knowledgeable, interested in my Mac, kept me updated through the process and I felt reassured, instead of intimidated and depressed! Two weeks later, I now have a new graphics card and hard-drive fitted, and my 9 year old Mac which I and the other shops had written off as being unrepairable now has a brand new new lease of life. And my data is fully restored. Whew! I am delighted and would thoroughly recommend Computers Inc and Rob!

The guys at Computers Inc are truly excellent and really go the extra mile to sort any problem, no matter how small or large and complex. They bend over backwards to fix things, even if it means a home visit or it is late or a non working day (I probably shouldn't add that last part - maybe you have to be a long term customer who pays your bills promptly for that courtesy!). I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I couldn't speak more highly of Computers Inc and, specifically, dealing with Rob. I needed a mac book pro for my freelance business. I had an idea of what I was after, but Rob was brilliant at helping me fill in the gaps and letting me know my options. He was also extremely helpful throughout my decision making process, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel at ease throughout the whole process. When I finally made my choice, I was confident it was the right one (essential when investing money into a mac book). I picked up my new mac today and couldn't be happier. My MacBook was running slow and really annoying me. i took it in to Computers Inc, they greeted me with a smile and told me I needed a new disc inside the machine to make it run quicker. They sorted it out in a few hours and my machine is working so much better. Good, friendly service.

I took in my 6 year old Macbook that had completely died. The guys working here were very nice, helpful and honest. The only thing my computer needed urgently was a new battery, but I got a brand new hard drive as well and it's like I've bought a new Mac entirely! It's far, far cheaper than going to an Apple store. My Macbook should hopefully last another 6 years after this. Highly recommend.

Called up at 12:30 on Saturday to check if they could install some parts. I explained the parts I had and what I needed help with. They said they could, but they shut at 2pm. I said that's fine and could be there in 15mins. The gentleman remembered my call, and went straight to work. We spoke a little about another IT issue I had, and he gave some helpful advice. Once the parts were in (it took just over an hour), he checked out to see if it was running ok and gave some aftercare advice. All in all, good customer service, at short notice, he did a tidy job, properly installed other parts and added an extra cable. All forbonly cost £15. I'm very happy.
