Delighted that Paul managed to recover my photos which were on an old drive that had gone faulty. The service was very quick and professional, he also bought me a new drive and made some recommendations for upload to cloud etc. Would definitely recommend using Databugs.

I came to Paul several months ago, following the G+ reviews, with a Mac Mini that wouldn't start and a desktop that wouldn't stay started. Paul was absolutely honest with me about the machines' future (not bright) and the cheapest way to keep the desktop running (new power supply, proper cleaning, and a resetting of components into the motherboard). He couldn't fix the Mac Mini on the day, but he agreed to recover the data from it, and hang on to it until he was sure he'd tried everything. Okay, so he forgot to recover my music collection at first... but he was quite happy to do so for free once I told him about it! Lovely chap, heartily recommended.

Databugs came to the rescue after my NAS drive control board broke, and suddenly I found myself without any access to my files.
It was a super quick and efficient service - all my data recovered within 24 hours, and put on a portable hard drive. They were also a great help in setting me up with a more sensible back up system, off site.

Top service from Paul. Fixed my iMac quickly and for a reasonable price. All it needed was damn good internal clean as all the fans were clogged up. This was causing HD to not boot correctly. Paul figured this out and got it all back up and running sweetly in 24 hours. Even picked /dropped it off when I pointed out the Bluetooth had been disconnected accidentally during the repair.

Best in London! Only go to your Apple Store if you have warranty which would cover the costs, otherwise you're better off with Paul. Awesome dude with great skills, best recommendations!
