Came in three weeks ago - left the review late just to see if the Macbook will run well after the service. Had great speedy service. Not a single fault. The lady was really warm, genuine and nice to chat with. So far my Mac is running well. I had spilled hot coffee all over my Mac, I was being told by Apple that both the logic board and keyboard were dead and that the best option would be to buy a brand new Mac!! I am so grateful that i came across Digital Dr by doing some research on google. They were able to look at my laptop within 1/2 hour of me calling, They knew exactly what they were doing! They asked for 3 to 5 working days for it to be fixed but they actually fixed it within 48 hours. They even kept me updated. They first retrieved all my official and personal data and put everything in an external drive for me as I requested! They’re real life savers. Highly recommended! Unlike Apple...

I'm a bit sceptical of getting phone repairs and Apple charge too much, so I I looked for a shop I could rely on. When I first went to Digital Dr I was greeted with a smile. A top service, polite and honest. Will tell you of your device is worth repairing or not, free of charge! Definitely second to none, very friendly, informative and most important Honest and Genuine. Had my PC repair and also my iPhone XR badly smashed repaired. No issues, iPhone looks brand new and PC works smoother than before. The best technical experts I have ever come across. Once you go to the shop for repair or sales, you will not go anywhere else.

The shop is well stocked. However to be sure, I called in advance, then paid and collected later. The overall process was quick, seamless, pleasant, polite, and professionally.

Thank you to Sahid and Shahina at Digital Dr for replacing my cracked screen on my Samsung S10. The phone came back looking much better as i went for the complete change in colour for front and back glass. Sahid was polite and professional and assured me that all the features on my phone will remain as they were. If you have any phone troubles do not hesitate to take it to these guys as they are the best in the business, I've used couple of phone repair companies in the past but Digital Dr are on another league and true to their word. The staff at the shop was amazing, I believe it is owned by a couple. Both very curtious and professional. The service was second to none, very upfront honest and trust worthy. They sell and repair almost everything, and to a high standard, the female technician was so knowledgeable, she has an answer and solution for everyone's query or question.
