The price was very reasonable and I received some tips on how to care for the camera. I recommend Digital Outlet to a friend and brought in his camera for repair a few days ago, the camera was examined and worked perfectly the next day. They did not charge me for the examination as no technician was involved. Thank you for your help & advice.

I walked around all of the camera repair shops in central London and got told by most of them that they would not clean the sensor of my Panasonic TZ20 because the cost outweighed the worth of my camera.
I was so upset. This is a really good quality camera and I didn't want to throw it away just because of some dust!
LUCKILY, I went to Digital Outlet as my very last stop. The quote was so low that I couldn't believe it. Not only that, he did it in an hour! And, because he was already opening up the the whole thing, he said he would fix the bent shutter plates for an added (low) cost.
I am honestly so happy with how easy, quick and cheap this was. Also, the men working in the shop were really friendly and helpful and (unlike the other stores I visited) not patronising.

An honest apology to the mid aged bearded gentleman that served me and my wife last week, that we didn't purchase anything from the store. But this will be our one and only place for any PC or components purchase.
A true level of consultancy has been offered when stepped into the store looking for a high performance laptop for business. The gentleman, always with a smile on her face, mentioned unavailibility of the suggested laptop and had given some non technical explanation to describe the requirements of the components that is good for us. No pushing for sale as experienced usually on big brand or any other retail stores.
