C. M.I am currently typing from the PC they fixed for me, and my experience was amazing I am very impressed. When you walk in you are greeted by a very lovely and kind man who will help you with anything. If you need to repair another gentleman would come and assist you and you would tell him about the problem. The shop is very big and clean unlike other repair shops where it’s small, over crowded and the customer service skills are simply disgraceful. Here the customer service is on point 10/10 I left my PC yesterday. And today at around 11:50 got a phone call explaining what happened with my PC and how everything is fixed and I can pick it up right now. I was very impressed with this and just how quick the gentleman managed to get my PC fixed as it just randomly shut down when I was doing something important and needed it fix ASAP. After the bad rain had stopped, I went inside handed them the invoice they gave me at the beginning and to my shock, I got a student discount of 11.11% from £45 to £40 that blew me away as I’ve never been a repair shop where they would do that. After I paid one of the employees there was kind enough to help me get my PC packed up. My PC being a bit big and heavy it was very nice to have a extra hand extra points for helping customers. When I left I had felt like I went into the correct shop. I believe I was not overcharged and the people were fantastic they know how to talk to customers in a nice way and are very patient people. I from now on will always go to them if I need anything fixed or to buy any accessories or to even upgrade some things for my PC. I would recommend this lovely place as it’s professional, very quick and efficient repairs and also overall a friendly place.
Overall my experience was a solid 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And I would recommend to my friends and family as this business is one of a kind.
M. R.Amazing service! Unfortunately it wasn't possible to repair my laptop, but guys in digital outlet did their best to provide amazing service and spent lot of time looking for fault. They kept me updated about laptop at all times and at the end did even ask for a fee. Recommend 100%.
I. J.Today was one of the Best days of my life in london. When i landed here in the airport my phone got dropped from my hand and the screen got separated from the body, lucky that it didn't break. I have gone to few shopes to repair this and they have asked me for 10 to 30 pounds and today when i went to digital outlet they did this repair for free of cost and i was so happy and its a special feeling when you get help from strangers in another country where you don't have anyone .so thanks digital outlet for this help and love
