Extremely helpful company, had 2 PCs from them with fantastic service and cost . After few days I accidentally deleted important files on one of them and they managed to fix my windows and save all my files. Great customer service, helpful and would recommend to a friend .They didn’t even charge me and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

I took my 2015 MacBook Pro in for repair. It was not charging. The MagSafe port and charger had been arcing out and were completely shot. ECS replaced the MagSafe unit inside, and sold me a new charger. They gave me a 2 month warranty. The man I spoke to was very nice. On the very last day of the warranty period, the laptop refused to charge up. The next day I rang in and was told to bring it back. When I took it back, I explained that it was the same problem, and I expected them to fix it for free. I explicitly told them I WOULD NOT be paying for more repairs unless notified. (The man I saw was a different guy to the first person I dealt with.) They fixed it anyway, or they say they have, without notifying me of the problem, and the cost. They now want to charge me almost double the original repair, for work I did not authorise. As it stands, they still have my laptop. Update: My laptop has been returned, fixed, and a price agreed for the repair. As a goodwill gesture, I was given a brand new charger, as well as a discount on the original repair cost. Thank you.

I took my laptop to Ealing Computer Services as the hard drive needed replacing - I'd previously been somewhere else that weren't very good. What a fantastic, professional, friendly service. When I went to collect it, I had a look so that I knew all the files were there and I could work my way round it, (as it was now so different with the new hard drive) this was great. But the nicest thing was - all my very basic (and not very technical) questions were answered with huge amounts of patience and in terminology that I could understand. Brilliant service!

Very helpful people very nice store great service. Reasonable prices Like . Great and friendly service very fast turn around time.Super helpful and friendly! I went to the Apple Store , they told me my MacBook Pro could not be fixed and recommended to replace my computer for £1850. The guys at the Ealing computer services hard reset it for me in few days. This is the place for all my Mac stuff from now on!

I’m generally okay with finding my way round a PC ,be it with software or swapping hardware in and out, but I found myself stumped after reapplying some thermal paste to a cpu. So, off to the shop I went with PC in arms. Obviously, fault finding can be a lengthy and time consuming process, but by the end of the day, I was informed that the cpu was damaged. I’d snapped off a pin! As it was, I then decided to do a major upgrade myself. However, the very reasonable price and promptness supplied by Ealing Computer Services definitely warrants a 5 star review! If I mess up again, I’ll know where to go!

I know this computer shop since 2010, My daughter is his customer about 8 years , she is student and always has problem with her computer and only we go to Ealing computer services , Ealing computer services has good engineer , we did not have any problem with them , very good and fast service . I was there yesterday to collect my MavBook Air , it was water damaged , when I had contact with Apple Store White city they asking to change Motherboard for £800.00 Ealing computer services charged me only £175.He repaired my computer . I have a laptop , i bought it from USA , It had a one year warranty and exactly after 14 months , the motherboard stopped , when I contact with the USA company they asking for about £750 for replacement Motherboard , Ealing computer services repaired by only £120!!! Thank you so much you support customer , I am their customer about two years but it was first time my laptop had Hardware problems . always I have software problems and they repair my computer . I recommend this company to everyone.
