Absolutely fantastic service are the words I would use to describe Ros. Highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. I am a musician and needed a custom spec to suit my needs, he suggested brilliant options and what a work ethic he has! The PC was made in a matter of days (including him ordering parts). Ros of EZ did a Ryzen build for my son. I was impressed by his responsiveness and accommodation (we brought our own GPU which he installed). So many providers would charge more and leave you to DIY., but Ros said yes to our requests, He even set up our RGB lighting! I will definitely be ringing EZ for my next build! Finally, you can really feel his enthusiasm for what he does -- he has taken something he loves (PC builds) and is having a go at making it a business.
