For a total computer/tech idiot like me, I couldn’t have been in better hands. Kind, professional and honest. I can’t rate them highly enough.

Extremelly professional and honest. It is so hard these days to find a repair shop that you can trust. Honestly, best experience ever. I have been a few times and always great service, charged fairly and even once done the repair for free as it was small. Other places will even charge you for the air you breat in their shop. If you need to leave your computer with them, you can rest assured they will do a good and honest job. Highly recommended.

Very honest, trustworthy service. I took my iPhone in to have the phone screen to be repaired since it became unresponsive. Originally, I had taken it to Apple who had quoted an extortionate amount to get it repaired since it was just out of warranty. Upon taking it in to FSE, Mo ran a quick diagnostics on the phone and within 10 minutes and identified a cable had been bent during assembly by Apple. He repaired the issue and added tape to prevent it reoccurring. He also refused payment for the repair due to the nature of the issue even though it was no fault of his own. 100% honest and trustworthy service, I'd defiantly use again for any issues that arise across any of my devices.

I am leaving a 5 star review after recently having my laptop repaired by FSE. They are my local computer repair shop and regularly pop in for bits. This was a big job. The laptop had broken at the hinges and had became very slow. I was ready to trade it for a new one. However. Mohammed the gentlemen that does the repairs was not intimidated. He worked miracles and brought my laptop back to life. Repaired the hinges, installed a new 1tb ssd and added 16gb ram. They kept in contact with me while the laptop was there which put me at ease. I highly recommend FSE for computer repair, laptop repair, mobile phone repair. Friendly people that go out of their way to provide a quality service. Amazing. Great job thank you.

I've needed urgent repairs twice now and both times the work has been done professionally in under an hour. From my experience I would recommend for this type of work. A personal and likeable business approach is also notable. Temporary parking right outside the office for a quick unload is useful. It's 5 stars for good reason.

Not the first time that I have used them and they are always great. This time around, I had to change my graphics card. I contact them as I wanted to make sure that the card I would buy would be compatible. They sent me an email with suggestions of compatible cards for my motherboard and with a wide price range for me to decide. Once I got delivery of the card I chose, I brought the PC over to them. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, including running diagnostics and ensuring that everything was working fine. They also sent me a follow up email a couple of hours later to ensure that all was ok. It is great having a small business taking care of his customers and delivering a fast, efficient service. I have been a customer of FSE (Ali) for a period of some 10 years - I can honestly say out of all the Apple Mac specialist in the South West London this is the most reasonable and consistent service i have received from any of the Apple specialist in the area - The repair service is always excellent and reasonably priced ... This is one of those rare places left in London which actually serve the community rather than exploit the community... Amazing experience and they really do go above and beyond! I had broken my Apple Macbook Pro - cracked the display.. I had been to several repair shops; Apple who quoted a ridiculous amount of £900+ and then other independent repair shops who didn't give original Apple screens. I looked up the reviews for FSE computerworld and was a little sceptical to begin as it was an independent shop.. Ali and another man who works there (name starting with S) first inspected my laptop and then asked me to leave it with them for further testing and inspections. After this which took a day - they then gave me the options and pricing for the repair - it was nothing but kind and genuine offers- doing the best they could for me. Ali travelled to go get the laptop screen that day as I needed it ASAP - they did the best and it took less than a week to do everything from the testing ordering the laptop screen and installing and retesting. They are honest about original apple screen and warranty at the best price! I will definitely be using this company for any other technology questions, parts or repairs I may need, and I could not recommend them any more. I would suggest that if you are feeling unsure to give your original apple or any other company products.. FSE computerworld is the best place to go to as they offer the honesty of accommodating to what you need in terms of budget and what you need :)

Brilliant and quick service for a reasonable price, could not recommend more. I visited FSE Computer world, expecting to hear that the damage to my Asus laptop was beyond repair or that it would be cheaper to buy a new one. But the gentleman at FSE was extremely helpful, friendly and completely unphased and went above and beyond to fix the damage to the screen and lid of my laptop. He would have been able to do it infront of me there and then, if it was not for the fact that my screen was the only one not in stock in his huge collection of different screens (only because my laptop is a strange limited edition). So he picked up the correct screen first thing in the morning and had it ready for me early the next day. He even managed to smooth out the bent metal of the laptop lid! Amazing service and reasonably priced. Thank you so much and have recommended to friends and family.

Amazing service. Highly recommended! Took my macbook to FSE after Apple told me the screen was broken and advised me to recycle my two year old laptop since a new screen +labour would cost more than the value of the laptop. FSE called me back the same day to tell me they'd fixed the screen and serviced the laptop. So from initial Apple quote of £570 I only ended up paying £65. Massive thanks to Ali and the team. I spilt a lot of lemon tea on my Macbook Air. FSE were fantastic. They managed to save the laptop and it is still working well over a month later. It was cheaper than a new machine that's for sure. Having gone to FSE once before to fix a personal computer I was so impressed with the service that I decided to use them for my business. This time they have really knocked it out the park and provided me with a brilliant set of computer equipment at 50% of the cost I would be able to find it online new. On a tight budget Ali was able to find everything I needed nearly new with all the warranties and particulars in place and at a significantly discounted price. I am baffled to see any negative reviews on here… My experience with Ali and Computer World was second to none. I run a design business and I had 3 Apple machines that I took to the Apple store for repair (complexed graphic card/motherboard issues) and they quoted me nearly £1500. On the off chance on the way back I dropped in to Computer World and Ali quoted me less than a third of Apples price. I was nervous at first to take them to anywhere other than Apple but Ali really knew what he was talking about and made me feel completely comfortable to go ahead. His partner Sam was also very knowledgeable (Apple trained). My computers were completely fixed and ready to collect within 4 days and have been trouble free ever since (4 months ago). I also went back last week to get my iPhone fixed (dropped it in the bath) :-/ and again it was fixed quickly. I can’t recommend Ali and his team highly enough. Great shop, great service.

TL;DR - honest, pleasant, quick - recommend! I spilled squash on my MacBook Pro mid-2010 keyboard. Being 7 years old and classed as a "vintage model", neither the Apple Store nor the local Apple-certified repair shop would touch it (or could touch it, as I was told that Apple stop manufacturing parts for computers older than 5 years). On chance, I popped into FSE to see what they could do. Luckily for me, they had genuine apple keyboards in stock for my unit, and were able to get it installed in just a few hours. They even serviced the other components, since they had to take the machine completely apart anyway. The cost was about a third of what the Apple Store charges for keyboard replacement service. I found FSE staff to be honest, polite, and fast-working. I even overheard another customer who was collecting a mobile saying that she always recommends them for screen damage repairs.

Seldom do you find genuine people with such an honest and professional approach in retail. Twice now Mr Ali Kashmiri has fixed my iphone and would not take any payment. Unfortunately my iPhone had suffered extra damage on the fall which caused the screen not to set properly. They change the screen for me at a cost to the company 5 times. Went in to FSE to see how salvageable my broken iphone was after it got driven over by a 4x4 car. Within a minute Mohamed reassured me and showed me it would work again with a few fixes. In a world where so many people know little or nothing (but purport to know everything) and where many service businesses think that good customer service is simply about answering the phone (without sounding too irritated that you have disturbed them from what they were doing) FSE is a breath of fresh air!!
