Today was a moment to remember. Rizwan from Huawei Stratford has provided me with the best shopping experience. After walking out of Argos due to their rude mentality of zero aftercare I decided to visit Rizwan. The funny thing is I've met him before at another retailer when I purchased my mobile phone in the same centre. Such an asset Huawei have gained. I am a retired veteran and today I have purchased a Smart Watch to better my wellbeing at home and about. It's extremely important to look after your health. The products Rizwan showcased me today are second to none. Sometimes you buy for the sake of it. Today I purchased because of the sheer professionalism Rizwan has. I visited this store a few weeks ago to see if they could repair my P30 pro as I needed the screen replacing and had been given quotes from other phone repair shops but i wasn't convinced that these other store were going to do a good job and I was scared that would completely ruin my phone. Once I walked into to the Huawei store and spoke to the repairs team staff I can honestly say I received the most professional customer service. The two members of staff I believe were named Junaid and Sylwester were able to fix my phone straight away and the cost was even cheaper than the quotes I'd been given elsewhere. They also were able to give me advice and recommendations on some earphones I have just purchased, so thank you I am one very happy customer, very glad your local 😁

The guys at the service station were not very helpful and patience, and I've been told that to go home and connected the WIFI to reset my tablet. RE: Servicing & Repairs I went into the store to have my Huawei P30 serviced - the screen wasn't functional, and the front & rear of the phone was cracked. Thankfully, however, it was all fixable for a fee significantly lower than third party options. Unfortunately, though, I was never offered an appointment initially; instead I was told to come back to the store at other specific times, as at the time they were busy. In total I had to visit the store four times, though I should stress this isn't the fault of the majority of the staff, who were lovely & extremely helpful. I was finally seen on the fourth visit, with the staff being highly apologetic for my experience. The highlight of my experience, though, was the serviceman himself - Dawid's customer service was second to none and he was extremely helpful when it came to my phone. Despite being the only one in-store at that time able to fix phones, and having a mountain of work to get through, he fixed my phone hastily & it now works like new! The quality of his service is THE reason that I chose to rate this 5 stars. In summary, I guess, be sure to book an appointment if you want your phone to be fixed on time & if Dawid is fixing your phone, you're in impeccable hands!
