Would highly recommend Ryan's service at iRepairMac! After I totally smashed my MacBook Air screen, I found Ryan's number on Google. Since the very first conversation with him, it became clear to me that my computer will be in "good hands". Throughout the whole process, Ryan has been available to answer any questions, day and night providing frequent updates and making me feel calm about the fixing process (naturally, I felt anxious whether it was even fixable). I'm thankful for his willingness to work fast as I needed my laptop to be fixed ASAP, so I could continue doing my research work on it. After the work was done, my laptop is working "like new" and I couldn't be happier with the work Ryan's done.

Brilliant service! I needed a repair inspection of my MacBook Pro after I was involved in a car accident and Ryan was extremely professional throughout the entire process. I got in contact with Ryan about the battery in my (very old) Macbook expanding and causing various issues. Ryan was upfront about costs, clear about timings and costs, and was quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue. Brilliant service and highly recommended. I found Ryan of 'I Repair Macs' in April 2020, when I was looking for help with my 2010 (yes, 2010!!) MacBook 17". It kept shutting down for no reason. Ryan suspected there may be a problem with the storage, and suggested replacing the hard drive. I decided to go ahead, and as the MacBook was in great condition externally, opted to pay a bit more and install solid-state memory rather than a drive with moving parts. Ryan carried out the work in just a few days, with clear communication throughout. The machine has worked a dream ever since, and boots up faster than ever (plus lasts much longer battery-wise) because it now has the SSD. I have no idea how someone could post a bad review about Ryan — I would recommend his service for anyone looking help with Apple repairs.

I bought a new iPad Mini screen was broken. The LCD or back panel behind that glass was fine and I was told that just the glass will need to be replaced. Although I had considered doing the repair myself I realised that it was a very intricate job which needed expert attention. That was the reason I had taken it to I Repair Mac's to do the job for me. The service I received from this company was fantastic. They were very open and honest about their pricing and also what they were going to do. You could tell this company really understood the business they were in and tailored their service to meet my needs. When I got my device back it was as if nothing had happened to it and looked brand new. I tested the device in the shop and it was fully functional, I did not lose any of the functionality. My experience with I Repair Mac's...well, what can I say? In a word. Exceptional! If using a few more words...oh how I wish some larger businesses came even close to the quality of service that I was given. At 58 and knowing practically nothing about the workings of my trusty friend, an old and badly battered 2009 MacBook Pro 17”, I asked Ryan what could be done to upgrade any bits and bobs to make it behave in a somewhat snappier fashion. A quick diagnosis and I had a short list of options showing costs, benefits and what I could realistically expect in the way of a performance boost from each. After a few questions, I had no hesitation leaving him to work his what turned out to be 'magic'. Within the timeframe and budget quoted, I found myself with what feels and works like a new machine, certainly snappier than it ever was when new, quieter too! Now, I mentioned being 58 and not having much computer savvy, I have popped into the store on a few occasions since for a bit of guidance on the new operating system, not strictly what Ryan signed up for when he undertook the repair, I have tried to keep my questions short. This has allowed me to witness a few other clients coming and going, his patience, knowledge, and general ability to walk a person through the machinations of how to get the best result for them, not himself, has me wanting to suggest one more word, keeping in mind that when you work with him you get what you pay for and more. Excellent quality and service I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and speed of service from I Repair Macs. The battery on my MacBook Pro had been going for sometime. When I contacted them about the issue, they were extremely clear about the process and cost of replacing the battery and even managed to provide me with a temporary replacement battery while waiting for the new parts. An excellent service! I have had four phones repaired by I Repair. The owner Ryan is relaxed and extremely helpful. The first time I visited I took three of my family's phones; Ryan stayed late in the shop so he could finish all three. Because our first experience was so good, my husband took his phone to Ryan when it broke, and again the repair was done in a day. Ryan also advised me to use glass screen protectors on the iphone and they have been great too.

Ryan understands the frustrations of people who think logically, were born before laptops and computers became standard equipment in schools and who weren't born with a laptop in their cot. my trusty i phone stopped working after i dropped it in a puddle . i took it to ryan as i pass his shop everyday not only did he do his best to revive my old phone which he couldn't due to the water damage but he sold me a replacement used phone at an unbelievable price that was in fact in better condition than my old phone . thank you ryan you truly are a star .
