Marek at IT Box Computers has provided an excellent service over several years dealing with all all our domestic communications issues. He is highly skilled, trustworthy, knowledgeable on hardware and software, responds quickly, provides innovative solutions and always takes the time and trouble to make sure that what ever problem he deals with is completely resolved. I have to agree with all of the excellent reviews I read of Marek (which were the reason I got in contact with him in the first place). Marek was able to come to our house for a time convenient to us. Was friendly, polite and obviously knowledgeable. He took my laptop away on the Saturday and brought it back Sunday afternoon fully fixed and running better than when I first got it! Not only that, he installed software that was helpful in keeping my laptop running well. He charged a very reasonable price for what was probably a good few hours of work. I highly recommend him and my partner and I would use him again if we had problems in a heartbeat.

I heard about Marek from a friend of mine who sent me a link to his self-made promotional video which I loved. Since then, he has come several times (and sometimes logged on remotely) to solve any number of problems that I've encountered. I bought a 64-bit computer. My basic programs Fortran compiler and graphic program Simpleplot can only run on a 32-bit machine. Marek was able to create a virtual 32-bit computer on my actual 64-bit machine within which everything works ! Quite a feat !
