S. S.Great service from Kentronic when they fixed my laptop. I was kept up-to-date as to the progress of the repair and received trustworthy advice and a reasonable charge. I have have used this company several times over the years for several different items and have always had successful results.
P.Extraordinary customer service. We bought a transformer 220/110V transformer from this place. They didn't have a multimeter for sale but offered to lend us their own multimeter at no cost. I am removing 1 star because the transformer we bought came with a bad fuse so we had to replace the fuse. The seller did not appear to know about the issue so it was likely a fluke.
