I came across LG IT Systems. I called and explained the issue. Lukas, the IT guy was very friendly, he offered to run some diagnostics at his place in order to identifiy the issue. I brought my laptop and left it with him. He kept me in the loop through WhatsApp and replied always within minutes. After finding the issue he explained me what he has to do in order to fix it and what it would cost. After my approval my lapotp was fixed within 12 hours and he even brought me my latop home.
