Managed to completely thread a screw on my laptop and couldn't get it open. Tried a couple of other places and they couldn't help but these guys were really helpful, got the job done with minimal fuss and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them, will definitely be the first place I go if I have any more laptop problems.

I can't praise these guys enough.! Quick efficient and professional. As someone who knows very little about computers .. totally freaked out when my macbook had a virus! After attempting to solve the problem but made things worse They were a godsend. Value for money i wholeheartedly recommend them!

They are very friendly and efficient, I guess that is what you need when you have a broken down lap top whilst in urgent need. My problem was sorted within 2 days, price is good, they gave me student discount too! I am based at City, attached is their business card, easy to travel to by bus 47. Yes, you can drop in. I paid £400 for a screen replacement of my MacBook Pro Retina 15 inch laptop I believe the price is somewhat higher than average, but bearing in mind it was a fast service and an immaculate job, perhaps it's a fair trade. The newly fitted screen is on the warranty, besides they did a complimentary clean-up of the inside tech. Good company. Friendly and well-skilled in what they are doing.

They did a great job on my computer for a good price. However, it was hard to communicate with them and took a little too long (2 weeks) to fix my computer. Would definitely recommend this place but communication with the customers and efficiency could be improved.

I needed more storage space on my work iMac and decided to have it internally fitted (both for speed and esthetics). After calling around a few different repair shops I decided to use the London Laptop team. Peter was really helpful and helped me choose the right drive (6TB), and also gave me a really good quote for the work. The work took two weeks to do (as they had to work around my needs and schedule, which wasn't an issue to them), but they kept me up to date with phone calls and text messages the whole time. I got the machine back and I'm totally happy with the work and the new drive. I'd absolutely recommend Peter and his team. 1st class work, great price and brilliant communication.

Came into the shop in absolute despair as my laptop had just died on me at the most inconvenient time. It was a hard drive failure and although they were really busy that day, had it replaced and working like new within 3 hours. They we're the loveliest people, it was so reasonably priced and can't recommend enough!

Excellent computer specialists. My Macbook, which has seen better days, was failing on me and worsening by the hour. I walked in and was met with a Mac Specialist. He was most knowledgeable and explained possible causes of problems to me in an easy to understand way. Three days later, the Mac is working as it's meant to. Very cost-effective if you usually go to Apple. Nice, friendly team that go above and beyond too - will certainly use again for all my computer repair needs as I work online.

Brought my laptop in to be fixed after some liquid damage to the screen (my fault: niece + yoghurt + laptop = disaster). £750 cost which was steep but they sorted it to be fair. Job's a good'un. Problem is that seven months later, for no apparent reason, the screen goes all fuzzy. I return to request an update and am told that my macbook Pro now requires another new screen - £450.......

Had a great experience with the team at London Laptops - they fixed my laptop after a terrible wine spill, and when they found out there was still an issue they replaced the keyboard under the warranty. They stayed in contact the whole time and were always lovely. 10/10 service - the only thing that could have made it better would be if they opened later; tough to make it to Bermondsey after work for 6pm!

I needed rescuing from a botched attempt at replacing the faulty power socket on my brother's Asus laptop (shh, don't tell him!). I wish I'd found these guys sooner. They were straight-talking from the start and exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed / grateful that I asked if there was anything I could do to help them out and they simply asked me to consider leaving a review. Don't worry, I tested the laptop first and all is well. The price was fair, the work was done quickly, at short notice, and the communication was friendly and professional from the first phone call to after they'd been paid and the job was completed. Yes, I'm enthusiastic and glowing with positivity, but I really don't have any complaints whatsoever. Would definitely use again, would definitely recommend.

Where do you go when you have a mac with a problem?? Here!! That's where! Peter Jones has been looking after my mac for two years and as it is integral to my business (self employed) it is nice to know I am looked after as is my mac. Great customer service, excellent pricing and really good advice hence the installation of an SSD on my mac! I'm heading back soon for an upgrade! Thoroughly recommend!!!

I recently used this company to mend several of our company pc's and laptops that were running slowly and one had been also been infecting other computers on our office network. I was really impressed with the service that I got, friendly people and the computers were fixed quickly and came back problem free. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing help with their computers. It is quite difficult to know who to trust when it comes to choosing someone to mend equipment like this but I will definitely use London Laptops again in the future. Brought my 5 year old macbook pro here when the screen just died. Turns out the GPU had died. Pretty fiddly job fixing it which they did for £250 (inc VAT) which while not very cheap was definitely good value and so much less hassle than starting from scratch with a new one. They also cleaned it out and now it runs much quieter and quicker as well! Recommended!

Had a great experience with this little shop. My 5 year old mac book pro seemed to have been on it's last legs for over a year - so so slow, recently started making strange noises and finally got to the point that it wouldn't turn on without trying to reboot. I'm not great with the workings of laptops but I tried doing things myself; bought a replacement battery from China that turned out to be the wrong size and could not be sent back to china as batteries cost about 300£ to send back (still waiting in my cupboard to be seen to), spoke to an apple genius about my dying laptop and he gave me a set of rebooting instructions to use an older backup - which worked for a while but didn't really help with the slowness of my laptop. I was at the point of thinking my poor mac book pro was ready for the tip when I came into the shop and within 5 minutes they knew what was wrong - new processor needed. Picked up my laptop the following week and it's like new - think they even said I've got a three year warranty on the processor so hopefully plenty more steam in what i thought was going to be the end of my computer's life. For the peace of mind of knowing my expensive piece of hardware was being treated the right way the £300 was very good value for money, and it's saved me having to fork out unnecessarily for a new laptop! They really know what they're doing. Thank you!

Imac Upgraded to SSD I had searched google and based on feedback and emails back from Peter decided to use London Laptop to have my 2010 Imac 27" upgraded to a ssd inline with my 2104 model.
