Used this place a couple of times in the past 18 months and have been very impressed. Very reasonable prices too. Much quicker then taking to a Mac store and well worth it if you are out of warranty. Good with software and hardware.

I wouldn't trust any other person with a repair. Apple will lie to you, others will pass the buck, but Kasia gives a great and honest service at much more competitive price.

Been here twice and I think that they're brilliant, definitely recommend. First experience, water damaged iphone, screen would only show apple logo over a weekend in which I dropped the phone in a river, opened it up and literally poured the water out of it. Kasia said she'd take a look and come back to me, an hour later, it's up and running and I was told that I had nothing to pay. Second experience, i'm a freelance designer working on site in events so my macbook pro takes a serious hammering. Took it in with a hinge that had lost all it's screws and a cracked facia. Kasia and her colleague fixed it and mailed me within an hour. The fix was perfect, and they even cleaned up my filthy screen and outer body. They're even open until 7pm so you can collect after normal office hours. What's not to like? They're great! Dave

Excellent same day fix for damaged screen. Outperformed Apple (Bromley) by also grinding the metal frame back into shape so that the new screen sat flat (at my request -- I was told by Apple this issue might limit the life of my screen which explains the second screen change). While I am very very pleased to be back in action I will withhold a star as the service was a little cold. I think they have done this too often! Otherwise it would be 5 star on account of the great engineering.

Had the misfortune to have my daughters Mac broken by Paris Metro. Paris repair shops suggested 1 week to look at the issue. Kasia had a quote for repair within an hour of dropping off the mac and had it repaired with a replacement screen within 4 hrs and has been running great since. Great service and all at a reasonable cost. Shop is also reasonably handy to Kings Cross Station just a 10 min walk.

After being told by AmSys it would cost £1700 to fix (with £96 just to open it), Kasia gave me a free quote then charged just £400 to fix my liquid damaged MBP. She had it back to me in two days. Excellent service, highly recommended.

I’ve had iPad, iPhones and a MacBook all repaired there. Friendly team, repaired to similar standard as the Apple store and no queue. That said you should obviously still take newer machines covered by AppleCare, etc. directly to Apple.

If I have any problems with my Mac, I make a pilgrimage to this store, no matter where I am in the UK - I trust them implicitly. There is a fabulous techie woman there, Kasia, who really knows her stuff and doesn't beat about the bush (if your filing looks like a hoarder's trove, she will tell you straight). Pricing is always reasonable and transparent too. It's a great place for a woman to get computer problems sorted without any condescention - highly recommended.
