Jaryd helped extract files from a broken hard drive. He worked against the clock to recover files that were urgently required. Exceptional communication with regular updates on progress throughout. Would absolutely recommend and use again

Awesome. Laptop wouldn't start up even after a full reinstall. took in to Jaryd at 3pm - got back, fully loaded ready to use at 8pm. and was great value. totally impressed how easy it was to resolve.

Difficult job - a Sony laptop required a new screen and keyboard. Within 24 hours, Jaryd had reminded me that it was a US version of the laptop and parts would be tricky to source, but he sourced them none-the-less. 20 emails and 4 weeks later, i have my laptop back looking almost like new.
