Fantastic service! I had a phone which had been run over, the screen was totally broken and the home button slightly cracked. Apple and many other third-party repair stores refused to fix the phone or even look at it, and a data 'recovery' company wanted a fortune to recover the data. Lovefone fixed the screen in 10 minutes while I waited for a very good price, now it works just as new. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience here today. I needed a new iPhone screen to get me through the last month and a half of a business trip and Lovefone was the perfect spot. It was cheaper than anywhere else I could find around here (including all the chains, and half the price of the Apple Store), and my 1 hour appointment only took 30 minutes. The shop is on a nice little quiet street with loads of cafes to check out while you wait, and the shop itself is comfortable and clean. The shopkeeper was very nice, and even gave me a free SIM removal tool to keep. I couldn't be more pleased.

Amazing 15 minute repair for my charging port. Charged a very reasonable £40 for something Apple would charge £300 for, and included a lifetime warranty to boot. They also fixed my headphone jack even though I did not ask them to. Great place. Professional friendly and courteous staff. Lovefone's service is amazing! Quick and professional. I went to their red telephone boxes repairing store (such a lovely store) for my screen replacement in Holborn. The price is totally worth it. Compared with a lot of different stores with different services. I don't see a point to pay 10 quid less to fix the phone in 2-3 days (some companies provide an option that you can mail your phone to their office) when you need it to be fixed urgently. Also, I believe you pay what you get. I think my screen works super well like the original one:) The staff is super friendly with a great smile. Few people came up to him and say hi even tho i just stood there for 5 mins only. Great people, Perfect service to me:)

A great little store with friendly staff. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because, it is now the third time my battery has been replaced. The first time, they admitted that the battery was faulty, as my phone wouldn’t charge past the 30% mark. After the second battery replacement, everything was running smooth until one day my phone just did not turn on, nor charge. Went to the store again this Wednesday and they replaced my battery, again. Third time lucky, I hope. This all happened during the last month. I did not have to pay extra as it is covered under their warranty, but I hope this battery lasts. They did mention that my phone is in great condition, so let’s see. Also, their music is on point. Nice selection of deep/minimal house tunes.

Great service - really quick and competitively priced. The office comprises a couple of rooms on the second floor of an office block, and absolutely tiny. After I left my phone there, with nothing but a card with a number on it to prove it was mine, I suddenly got a wave of panic that I had been totally fleeced. However my fears were allayed when I returned half an hour later I returned and picked up my fully repaired phone. It cost £99 to get the screen of my iPhone 5c replaced. This seems to be a pretty reasonable price compared to other companies.

Cracked my screen and had to get it fixed. Filled in the form online and an hour later a lovely woman called from Lovefone confirming they were coming to pick it up. I asked lots of questions since handing your phone to a stranger is quite stressful but she was so nice and helpful. First of al the place itself FULLY PROFESSIONAL and TIDY. The lady on the front desk always kind and listen your issue carefully. I been there about 2 months ago and they changed my iPhone 6 battery which is absolutely perfect spare parts and working amazing. Last week my charging port was ejecting lightning cable itself I tough it was broken; I re-booked to be changed. The lady give me directly £5 discount because I'm loyal customer but I was already ready to pay full amount, suddenly the repairman warn the lady there was some small dust at the end of the charging port does not need to be changed. Great service! I had shattered the screen on my phone and so booked online last night for the courier service to pick my phone up from my office, putting the collection date a couple days away to make sure they would be able to get someone to pick it up. Instead they call me this morning say they could get it and fix it today! Fab, swift service and really great that they will pick up and drop off at a place of your choice. Broke my S7 screen and needed the screen and LCD changed. After reading the reviews i went into Lovefone confident they could do the job without issues and with original parts... which they did! I don’t normally do reviews but I just want to share my experience of LoveFone today. I have had a charging problem with my iPhone 6s for about a month. The lightening port was full of fluff which I removed but I’d thought I’d taken it too far and damaged the connectors. Again and again I couldn’t get the phone to charge. I went to LoveFone and it seemed the problem had gone - it charged no problem within minutes of arriving. So what? I was v impressed with the work ethic of the staff. The lady on the front desk was focussed, polite, great sense of humour and the guys in the workshop had an real aire of technical proficiency. It looked like a really smart setup. Other customers came in and out while I was waiting for my phone to charge sufficiently and each one treated with the same degree of professionalism, speed, efficiency. Maybe it is sad in this day and age that we are so dependant on our smart phones but if you have a problem with yours, and you need it fixed, I would definitely recommend these guys. Took in a water damaged phone that Apple said diagnostics ran fine, no water damage but the screen wouldn't turn on so they said £289 for a replacement. Took it here after reading the good reviews and within 10 mins they had taken it apart and confirmed it was just the screen that needed to be replaced. 30 mins later I walked away with all my info still on the phone and the whole front screen replaced for £90.

I can not praise the service enough. I was told by Apple I would need to get a new phone as my gps and bluetooth were not working. Lovefone charged me £44 to replace the antenna. For that, they picked up my phone from my office in London and returned it to me to my office within 3.5 hours. Absolutely amazing. I took my iphone 5 in last week to get the power button replaced. The guys at Lovefone were polite and courteous and did a fantastic job. I paid GBP 39 and my device was back with me within the hour. The new power button works perfectly and the cost was very reasonable given the amount of work to strip apart the entire phone and especially when considering the Apple store quoted me GBP 200 to replace the device since it was a couple of months out of warranty. After the repair I noticed the vibrator was not working property but took it back and the Lovefone guys promptly fixed it at no charge. All in all great experience and a professional job - I highly recommend Lovefone.

I sent off a Nexus 5 with a display problem. Once it arrived with lovefone it took more than a day before they dispatched it. When it arrived, the screen was in a worse state. It did not accept any touch, it was not seated properly and after a few minutes it started acting on what seemed like random touches even though no one was near it - it even opened up the emergency key pad and started dialling random numbers. They offered to fix it, so off when the phone again - this was a bit quicker and the phone was despatched on the same day they received it. This time the screens works fine and is seated correctly - however, something under the screen is now obscuring the notification LED. Lovefone claim this must have happened during delivery! I had to put my case to their customer care person very strongly to get them to accept they had to fix this. So, I now need to package up my phone for a third time in the hope of a proper repair. Well I was third time lucky. I did have to chase them up to refund my postage but they did do this without question. The final repair is first class - it was just painful getting there.

Lovefone told me it was an IC chip error (which lovefone doesn't fix) and their diagnosis was absolutely right! I put an empty nano-SIM adapter into my Nexus 5 (bad move) and then foolishly forced it trying to get it out again. Lovefone disassembled my phone, removed the adapter and the next day had it working fine. The cost was only £20 and that was because I basically insisted they take some money (I offered £40).
