Fantastic company! Daniel at Mac Rental supplied me with a super fast machine at very short notice; I was working on it within 2 hours (delivered to the other side of London) and this saved the day for me. This is a wonderful company to rent a mac from with pretty much perfect customer service. I was already having a seriously stressful time when I poured coffee over my own mac and had to send it off for repairs. I was in such a panic about how I was going to get work done and Daniel (the person I spoke to from the Mac Rental Company) made everything so easy. I had asked for quotes from a couple of other companies only to find them adding on extra costs every time I thought I had a final quote, and Daniel just told me straight up how much it would cost and that price never changed which was so great. He got the mac to me within a couple of hours of calling and kept me updated every step of the way, which for a stressed out person is really important. He was so polite and friendly all the time, and flexible about extending the rental. I could ramble on, but the gist is, in stressful times, truly helpful people are the best, and Daniel was the best.

I had a nightmare with my laptop failing just before a film shoot. With just 24hours before I was due to go abroad Mac Rental Company saved the day by dispatching a fully working Mac Book Pro within hours of my call. It arrived promptly in a well packaged and protected bubble case. It worked straight out of the box, and I was able to install my email and all the software that I use from a video production view point. Daniel and the rest of the team are a world apart from other rental companies i have dealt with. They were quick to respond to all my queries, knowledgable and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I had a job come up where I needed a 5k screen, and an Imac was the perfect choice - I contacted Daniel and the team, got a great deal, and have had nothing but extremely good service and communication. The machine itself was a very clean, well set up device, and I was editing 4K Pro Res footage with little effort. The machine was delivered with speed, was well packaged, and luckily their office is close to a tube station, so I dropped it back with little fuss. This crew make an effort with customer service, and I can't fault them. Top stuff.

Who you gonna call 'Mac Rental Company'! Due to unforeseen circumstance I had to stay in the UK for several weeks and needed an iMac urgently to work on so I could keep my clients happy - it was about 12.00am on Thursday before the Easter Weekend??? Excellent company with an awesome customer service. I needed a MacBook Pro for a freelance job and it was really urgent. It was Friday and about half an hour from closing time. I called while on the train, completed the order in just one phone call and my MacBook arrived at my place just 10 minutes after me. I had never rented a computer before and I was a bit scared about it. Instead, everything was perfect: the MacBook Pro was fast and performant, and already had Adobe CC installed.
