Visiting this computer center regularly. The management is professional, reasonable and friendly. They are fluent in IT, Security and infrastructure related topics. Capable of repairing anything from your laptop, tablet, phone to some vintage domestic appliance. Simply amazing. If something cannot be done immediately, they will do additional research and come back to you later with a useful advice/way-forward. Cannot recommend enough. The current management held this place for the last 2-3 years at least now, so the review below looks fake to me - was amazed to see it here.

I have known this place for years, newer returned problems unsolved. The guy who is working there now is the loveliest…. I think the engineer… met him years ago and he is still the the same lively, lovely and helpful. He can talk about anything you ask him… always remembers my name too… Apple could not solve my problem but he could with a little price… Apple offered me to buy a ne MacBook for nerarly £2000 but he had managed to fix it for £180. Really pleased to get my life memories back including my pictures with my children over the years

Excellent local computer repair shop with a knowledgeable, helpful, honest owner and good, fair prices. Within 24 hours Jatin recovered all my lost data from 2 laptops that were dead to the world. He communicated really clearly about every step of the process, gave me good advice about harddrives and made sure the saved files would be readable on my Mac. It was such a great experience compared with the larger computer repair shops - so much more trustworthy and customer-friendly. Jatin was also really kind and nice. I would recommend his shop to anyone - and he was great at explaining what he was doing so it would be a good option for anyone who doesn't know very much about computers.

I have been using Macob for many years now. They have always given me excellent service very quickly. They are unfailingly helpful and often I just pop in for a quick query which they deal with. Their emergency service is outstanding too and they soon get me up and running again. I buy my computers from them; they do everything for me. Jatin and Romika are wonderful assets to the community, and far far better than some big faceless High Street company. I thoroughly recommend them to anybody who is having problems with their IT.

The most helpful, friendly and kind support you will ever find for your laptop/computer problems. He will try to save you money and fix your laptop if it's possible. If not he will give you advice on what you might need to buy which is so valuable and time saving! Extremely generous with his time too. Macob have been able to repair anything I've thrown at them over the last 10 years, from the kids' laptop power sockets and screens to a blown power supply on a rare NAS server. Friendly and honest advice, but backed up with proper experience. I'd use them over any big brand chain where the staff rarely have true knowledge.
