The kids broke and dropped my iPad and needed it fixed and I sent it here for repairs. Service was very quick and looks like it's brand new. As you can see from the pictures, how good the repair was and I'm happily able to use my iPad again

Amazing service and really well priced. I needed a new ipad. Went to Apple store in Westfield, Stratford. They had completely sold out. Went on-line but reluctant to buy of ebay as you never know what you're buying. I live on Isle of Dogs and remembered that I walked past this shop. Popped in - absolutely great service. Bought a second hand ipad for £250 and received £80 trade in for my old one. Next a couple of months later, needed a printer. Didn't even bother looking on Amazon - straight back to Maconomix and walked out 20 mins later with a great printer for £45. I highly recommend this place and buying from a local supplier is way better than Mr Bezos - he's got enough money and no customer service. I don't know the name of chap who owns Maconomix but he is really lovely and set up my new ipad and checked the printer 100% before selling them to me and I know if I've any problems with the items in the future, I can pop in and get them sorted.

Absolutely amazing service with the loveliest people working there. The specialists definitely know what they are doing and are absolutely reliable. My MacBook Pro randomly stopped working with none of the ports properly working. At Apple Genius Bar they told me it is easier to just buy a new one..I did not give up and was not disappointed by coming to Maconomix! They revived everything, including all the data I needed in a few days, and of course it just appeared that my laptop was full of dust inside. Apple could never. Amazed and eternally grateful, as a full time student my laptop is my life and these people just saved it! Thank you!!! 10/10 recommend.

I had my iPhone X fixed here. My iPhone had smashed screens and it had dropped in water. And the owner helped me get all my data back and change my smashed screen and even the cracked back. It’s like a new phone now. Fair price, diligent work and honest communications.

I highly recommend this technology shop. Great Service and quick. I sold my used iPhone 7plus, gave me good returns. The service from the lead technician and every other worker in the store is top notch and professional. Also, the give a 14-day warranty period on any products fixed, which means if any issues arise between that time frame, you are covered. You really are in safe hands with Maconomix. I enjoyed their service and will definitely be going there again!.

An overall fairly positive experience with one or two drawbacks however. When my screen first cracked on my iPhone XR, Maconomix quickly and diligently repaired my screen for what I believe was a reasonable price for this model. However the Face ID no longer worked when I got it back. I reported this back and was offered a free check with another screen replacement with an Apple XR screen, also free of charge. Whilst this didn’t fix the issue I was happy with the quality of work in terms of the screen replacement at the time. Fast forward some months later my screen is still in tact but has now gone black. Maconomix were happy to have another look and replace the screen but I was hoping they would diagnose the fault before carrying out this work. I was charged again as I would have expected to be for any resultant work required but only when diagnosed. This wasn’t a cracked screen this time. Was disappointed this didn’t fix the Face ID issue either and not sure if this is something they can fix? Overall happy my screen is no longer black. I would add also that the man at Maconomix is a very nice man and a pleasure to deal with.

I've been coming here for the past year or so for all my mac repair needs. They're so honest and great with their services that they really deserve the incredible ratings. I brought in one of my macbook for water damage- when I took it to Maconomix, they truthfully told me that the cost of fixing the computer would outweigh the benefits of buying a new one, and even advised me on the best models of macs and PCs to consider! I'll be taking all my mac repairs here and telling my friends to do the same :)

I recommended Maconomix to my neighbours a few days ago who already bought an iPhone 8plus at a great price and they got it all set up for them, they are really pleased.
