Terrific repair service. My battery needed replacing as well as a few chips on the motherboard. If your macbook isn't charging properly, this is the place. The guys were efficient and super helpful, returning my laptop as good as new. Affordable prices too, highly recommend.

I just left MacShack and I came in with a missing metal piece for an external hard drive, lets call it the socket for the transfer cable. I left my MacBook here after encountering some issues. I can only describe the service as amazing. The people working at the shop were professional and accommodating, explaining exactly what was needed and how much it would cost. All work has been carried out to a very high standard and I am so thankful. This will be the first place I call on for any IT related issue - so much better than the chain stores and much better value for money. It is individual businesses like this that take the time to provide a personal service that appears to have been lost more recently. Went to get my MacBook Pro looked at because it haven’t started in two years. At the Apple Store they told me it could cost around £300 which is why I left it. I decided to try out Mac shack and they tested it, found out it was just a new battery that was needed and replaced it for me all for £60. THE BEST repair service ever. I’ve been to Mac-Shack few times now. First time I’ve sold to Mustafa some of my well preserved gadgets, one of them was a PlayStation 2 and few games. Every time I went into Mac-Shack and ask for advice, Mustafa was very helpful, giving me all the information I need it. Great service. Always sceptical about these small repair shops as Iv had bad experiences in the past but this one was super. Came in an hour before closing time and I was able to collect my laptop at 11am the next day with a new battery. They then went on to solve another problem I had the same day. They take great care of the products and I would fully recommend for repairs knowing your device won’t be damaged upon return. Shame the owner supports Liverpool.

After visiting 3 shops who could not fix my laptop i visited mac-shack, i explained that i had lost complete power in my laptop, it was quickly identified as a power surge and rectified within the day at a very reasonable price. The only place I'll go for iPhone and Mac repairs! After having my phone screen repaired elsewhere I was told if I dropped it again it would be gone for good (it was missing a screw and was really fragile). Of course it hit the floor again and broke into two pieces. I was sure it was gone for good but Mac Shack were true heroes and they fixed it up as good as New for me!! Even replaced the missing screw and fixed my home button. Very technically skilled, friendly, fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I've known Mustafa for 13 years as he worked for his brother at the shop. Mustafa took over the shop about 2 years ago and then re-branded under the name Mac-Shack, I have never had any problems with the service that Mustafa gives me as a customer, Polite and helpful is what I would call the service, nothing is too much trouble for him. I don't ever leave reviews but I was overjoyed with the service here so I thought I would share my experience. Customer service is 10/10! The lovely chap Mustafa is extremely knowledgeable; went out of his way to ensure I was happy and he was very patient. I was after a new Apple laptop for my work station at home. He showed me all his stock - he had new and used products. I was sold on the Apple Macbook Pro laptop, which was brand new and sealed. I looked it up on the Apple website and it was £350 cheaper!! He had a used one which he also offered which was £420 cheaper. I then went on to explain that I would not be carrying it around with me and that it would stay on my desk at all times. After understanding my needs, he then asked if I would prefer a bigger screened iMac instead seeing as I don't need it to be portable, the iMac he showed was £300 cheaper than the Apple Macbook Pro laptop I was already willing to buy. If that isn't called looking after your customers then I don't know what is. From my experience all the other shops would normally try to up-sell! I felt under no pressure to buy anything. Even though it was cheap enough as it was, he still knocked of £20 from the asking price. He even threw in a little mouse pad for free! He sat with me for over 45 mins taking me through the steps of how to use it, a very good teacher! I did not have a car and I needed a taxi so he called one for me, and then carried the iMac into the taxi for me, what a gentleman. He gave me warranty with the item as well which was a bonus I wasn't expecting from a small shop. After getting home and showing my brother in law who is very tech savvy (he works in media), he was so shocked at the deal I got - he went to the shop himself to buy a new laptop the next week. I am so happy and overjoyed with the iMac it works and runs like a dream and does everything I need it to. Thank you so much Mac-Shack! You guys are awesome!! PS. I will be coming back soon to buy some Christmas presents!!

I am not a person that writes reviews but young dude who works there is a discovery of a century. He not just woken up my laptop from water damage, recovered my damaged harddrive with all it's 1 year of super important data from my work (which wasn't backed up..) but also cleared all junk and sorted crashing system out while reinstalling windows and thought me how to reinstall my photocopier machine. This used to be something that stops me from formating Windows, and I had to put up with it getting full of junk and slowing dow for years, as to install one of those printers I would need an IT technisian. I'd dropped my iPhone and the top end of the screen came adrift. I was going to go back to iSmash who had fixed a similar issue last month. However, being closer, I tried MacShack with very gratifying results. He re-seated the screen and noted that iSmash had not replaced the two screws at the bottom of the phone. No charge. iSmash had charged me £60!

This uncle with the apprentice nephew IT repair outfit is exemplary. The self-assured cocky loveable young MD+chief brain and technician of the shop wears his heart on his sleeve and is a fantastic role model 2nd generation Bangladeshi entrepreneur who demonstrates old fashion hard graft and knowing his trade. Few moths back, he upgraded the OS on my 2010 iMac. Then, recently, the machine just died. Wouldn't start up. I did all the usual trouble shooting - no joy, I thought it had had it. So, lugged this 27 inch monster to Bethnal Green to mac Shack - an area that I work. I really thought that the iMac was done but there was something assuring and a prospect of resurrection when I left it with Mr cocky. Went around a couple of times over the week...ok... it was getting looked in to. Then within the week I get a text, ISO chip has been replaced and the machine is alive !! £130 thats what it cost me..... One bloody happy customer. Can not recommend this young man and his Mac shack enough - VFM, service and integrity-wise. Mac Shack is my trouble shooter. Good banter too;)
