I would highly recommend Mike. I had an issue with some laptop hardware. Mike ordered and replaced the hardware on very short notice, fully resolving the issue. He was very transparent about pricing, timing, the chances of resolving the issue and kept me up to date throughout. Very satisfied!

I very rarely write super positive reviews, but Mike definitely deserves one and more. I am not a computer expert, but am definitely extremely computer savvy. Recently, after the latest updates by M$ Windows and several other programs, my computer had a severe case of narcolepsy. It would randomly put itself to sleep and refuse to wake up or else would give me the BSoD. I would eventually somehow get the system operational, but one day, when I was on deadline (naturally), nothing would restore it. I was completely flummoxed, and panicked when Dr. Google suggested hardware errors were probably causing the problem. Mike managed to wake it up the day I phoned him and informed me the hardware was sound. He reinstalled Windows, uninstalled problematic programs and once again got the system running smoothly, thus saving my bacon. I can't recommend Mike highly enough, especially as Windows misbehaves itself more and more in ways that even computer savvy people can't figure out.

Had the blue screen of death and forever recycling rebooting of my pc, spoke to Mike, who told me sounds like my hard drive was faulty. so talked himself out of repairing my pc and making some money, but because of his experience, i asked him to fix my pc. which he did and had to replace the hard drive, installed windows and now up and running again and faster than ever. don't waste any time go to Mike.

My laptop was running really slowly and I had tried everything to get it going again. I took it to Mike and it feels like a new machine! He replaced the SSD Drive and also kindly transferred all my data and programs on to the new drive. I was worried about all the work of transferring data and finding things again, but he took all the stress out of it. I have used Mike twice. Once to fit an SSD drive to my gaming laptop and secondly to help get the same computer back to normal after it went berserk after a windows update. The hard drive on my laptop had crashed so badly that the screen had gone blank and I feared that I'd have to shell out for a new machine. That was until I met Mike! In less than 24 hours, he had installed a new SSD drive, Windows 10 and some other basics and now my computer is up and running again, even faster and better than when it was new! Mike was amazing at recovering data from a Dell hard drive that was over 10 years old...more like 15! In addition, he retrieved data from an external hard drive that just wouldn't work. Very grateful for prompt service and expertise and it definitely helped that he came to my flat to take away the hard drives rather than me having to lug an ancient PC to his! Highly recommended!

Mike clamly analysed my son's laptop on which a Windows 10 update had malfunctioned leaving it in safe (ie: useless) mode. Although he said he would take up to a week, he had cleaned the hard drive, reinstalled an up-to-date version of W10 and installed a version of Office as well within a day or two! Very impressed with Mike's attention to detail - well recommended!!
