I have about 10 years of experience taking training courses. I am not easily impressed, reserved with my praise, and do not usually complete surveys. Your instructor was excellent, the best I've experienced in any course, and I couldn't imagine him doing a better job. The instructor was very knowledgable, worked at a good pace, and most importantly, was very good at communicating with all the attendees and ensuring questions were answered. I'm impressed!

I have just recently completed the Smartphone and Tablet Repair Mastery Level 1, 2 and 3 Training Program in Manchester. A strange course for me as I am not particularly interested in mobile phones as such, but rather general electronics and specifically games consoles, so I was a little apprehensive about whether the course would be right for me. It was superb! I had taught myself, i felt, as much as I could from youtube, what I really needed was someone who could answer the questions I had, in person. And to get a grasp on some of the more basic parts of electronics - yes, like proper use of a multimeter! I cannot recommend the course highly enough, as others have alluded to in these reviews, this comes down to the expertise of the instructor - the level of experience with electronics meant that every question could be answered, even when out of his mobile phone domain, it was really very impressive. One tip: take a notebook - there is a LOT of info that you won't want to miss.

Excellent training institute which provides a vast amount of training, from basic skills to advanced skills. It can teach you everything from disassembling to troubleshooting, and big advantage of the course is lots of practice, working in real-life situations and getting hands on experience not only increased my confidence in repairs but also improved the problem-solving abilities. Thanks a lot to Ali and helpful staff.
