Amazing local service and great communication in current times! Just what we needed, thanks Mobile Repairs Pro 👍🏼 About 2 months ago we had an accident with a phone dropping on the corner of a macbook screen and broke the screen. For a while we decided to leave it to do a bit of research on the best companies to go to and there's always a bit of a hassle the first time round when you don't really know who to go to. After a few days of research I stumbled upon Mobile Repairs Pro who was very local to me and had some of the best reviews and recommendations I'd come across so far. We decided to go for it and reach out for a quote and our engineer was extremely fast to respond with a reasonable offer compared to that of others that were quite a bit higher. Our concerns were with how it was going to work in current times with Covid-19 but our engineer reassured me and my mother as soon as we asked by having a phone call just to clarify the problem we had and we popped round to our engineers house while taking precautions and wearing masks for all of our safety's just to meet him and ask questions before going ahead. He was lovely and set our minds at ease by explaining how the payment worked and how we could always get in touch with him directly if we had any problems or questions. We decided to then order the parts. The parts being delivered were delayed but some things were just beyond his control in regards to Covid-19 delays and we fully understood that but he was happy to put our minds at rest and even though we waited a bit more time for the parts he did a very speedy repair getting it fixed the day the parts arrived within about 2 hours of us dropping the laptop off and then the engineer very kindly offering to drop it round about 2 hours later to save us a journey. It's always a slight risk trying out a new repair company but our engineer was very engaging and willing to answer any questions we had and just an all round very nice man. I had my son’s iphone screen repaired with mobile repairs pro. Mahmoud took alot of time and effort explaining to me exactly what components were needed and explained all the options to me thoroughly. He was very honest, transparent and professional. An engineer came to my house and repaired the phone (outside -due to covid-19) within 20minutes. I then received a follow up call to check all was ok the following day. Very quick my one plus 7 screen replacement is done within 40mins . The service is excellent , friendly staff and good quality of services and products. If anyone have any problems regarding your phones and laptops I personally recommend to go through their services it's very good quality services and responsive staff.

I have always been wary of contacting repairers off the internet but I have to say Mobile repairs Pro were quite brilliant! With all the problems with getting parts for my mac during Covid they were always responsive, courteous and willing to help in whatever way possible. Great work and I would highly recommend them!
