I got my iPhone battery replaced at Mr Dweeb and it was done pretty much with in an hour. Staff is always really helpfully and friendly. I’ve also had my laptop cleaned and operating system reinstalled by them on two separate occasions and each time they would communicate to me exactly what needs to be done, and would walk me through the different options to resolve the laptop issues I was having. They also always let you know the cost of the repair before carrying it out and wouldn’t proceed until they get a confirmation, so you always know exactly how much you need to pay without any surprise charges. All communication is carried out on a online ticketing system so it’s really quick and easy.

Mr Dweeb is now my go to IT man! Absolutely brillant! Just before starting my new job, I had some major issues with my laptop - it was running slow, mic didn't work etc. After some consultation, I agreed to have it upgraded, it wasn't cheap but my goodness, what a difference it has made! In addition they were able to return it back to me on the very same day (I was starting my new job on the next day). The second time I had issue with my laptop was due to the various automatic updates which caused my mic to stop working. They couldn't get it fixed on the same day, but I could see they worked extremely hard to sort it. And they did. Great service, thank you Mr Dweeb!

The best place to go for computer repair - they are efficient, honest, trustworthy and so helpful. The 30 GBP diagnostics is worth it because they do a very in-depth check compared to other places. My MAC computer had issues with the hard drive and they were able to replace it whereas another technician told me it was not possible and I had to purchase a new computer (Apple support also told me the same thing). So thankful I went to Mr. Dweeb - they are great! You also get a month warranty with them so if anything isn't quite right, they will do anything to help and make sure you are a happy customer. You cannot go wrong by going here.

Mr Dweeb fixed my Acer tablet charge port a while back and it is still working today. More recently Mr Dweeb opened my Nokia smartphone to fit a new sim and battery. I recently spilled a ridiculous amount of water on my new gaming laptop. The motherboard is put in backwards and the system is notorious for being easy to break. This repair shop were beyond kind and managed to fix my issue for almost no money. Was recommended this place from a friend and even though it is quite far from where I live, I don’t think I will ever go to another shop. My MacBook pro was badly water damaged and considered a right-off by Apple, who told me it would be better to buy a new computer even if it meant losing my Photoshop etc. When I collected it from Apple after their appraisal I noticed a £250 descripancy between my spoken quote and what was on the assistants iPad... so at that point I knew not to trust Apple. Fortunately as it turned out I was personally recommended to go to Mr Dweeb. These guys replaced the logic board for below half the price quoted by Apple and I still have all my original software and data! I cannot recommend them enough, for their kindness and professionalism. If you have a Mac problem don't go to Apple; go straight to Mr Dweeb.

I went in to his shop this afternoon after some cowboys in a phone shop in Finsbury Park had completely messed up my daughter's phone when putting on a new screen, and then denied that it was anything to do with what they'd done. Mr Dweeb spent a lot of time with me on a very busy Saturday afternoon trying to sort out the phone whilst juggling with other customers and phone calls. Broken LCD on my Samsung A3 was repaired swiftly, picked up on Friday and dropped back in full working on Monday. Much politer, nicer and cheaper than O2. This is the second time we've used them and whilst they couldn't fix the first phone they only charged a nominal fee to check it over. I'd happily go back to them in the knowledge that if they can fix it they'll do it cheaply and quickly and if they can't they don't pretend it can be fixed by buying new parts.

My friend cracked is iphone screen and took it into mr.dweeb. He doesn't have apple care so it would have cost him a fortune to repair it with apple. The job was done quickly and faster than he said it would. The job cost him £60. The next day the phone was bugging and so he took it back the screen was repaired again and for free. Still bugging for another two days and he took it in for another repair. For free again so that is good. I don't know how hard it is to fix a phone screen but it was annoying how many times he had to go in. Overall Mr.Dweeb was nice and all jobs were done efficiently.

Mr Dweeb is a fantastic local service provider. I first encountered this small business when Mr D gave my old Samsung Galaxy phone six months of additional life at a time of crisis when I really needed a working phone. More recently he cut my SIM from a micro-card to a nano-card without charge to get my latest phone up and running. And his latest minor miracle has been to rescue the data from an old (and very dead) Dell laptop for me in a couple of days. He achieves all this super-efficiently and at very reasonable prices. I had my late 2011 Macbook Pro keyboard fixed by an engineer from Mr Dweeb in record time. The TYUIO keys had become completely non-functioning due to a connection issue within the keypad itself, which required the entire board to be replaced. The keys stopped working due to general wear and tear because of constant use of a 4 year old machine. I arranged a repair via e-mail, which was picked up on Twitter and text and had an engineer come to my house to pick up the laptop on Saturday. I expected the repair to take a few days and was preparing to be without a computer for some time, but to my surprise i got a callback just a couple of hours later saying my keyboard would be replaced and my laptop returned to me that very day! True to her word the engineer dropped off my laptop at my door and graciously showed me the fresh new keyboard and its newfound functionality right away. The computer feels like new! She even gave me some extra advice about my Macbook and its system, and gave me some pointers on extending the life of my machine which I will definitely take to heart. I am a very heavy computer user, have been using various Macs for the past 10+ years and am certainly not unfamiliar with how difficult it can sometimes be to source and repair Apple products, especially outside of going to an Apple Store. Not to mention the expense! However, Mr Dweeb repaired my hardware in a single day and for a very reasonable price. I have saved their engineer's number and will definitely be going to them for any future problems I may encounter with my computers and devices. Considering the blow this company has recently taken from the sudden car crash which has made business for them very difficult, I admire the fact that they are still providing such a dedicated service. The engineer who fixed my machine was even in the shop at the time of the incident and is still carrying on in the face of it. They're even foregoing their usual call-out fee in order to continue to provide repairs to their customer base and I think that shows how capable and professional they are. People in this area don't seem to realise how lucky they are to have such a great service just down the road. I would happily recommend them to my friends and I wish them the best of luck in rebuilding their shop and business.

Mr Dweeb was very helpful when installing a wireless extender for me. He came back a second time to see if it was working properly and reconfigured it again as there had been a power cut. Later he helped me figure out why I was without internet connection due to a heating engineer doing work in my house who unplugged the cable which was needed for my router.
