My daughter's MacBook Air had a partially broken keyboard, keys were disfigured, some broken & many loose. I called around and got some horror stories for quotes. Also a point of note, I encountered many unfriendly telephone conversations. Youssef @ Newton's Apple Repair had by far the most friendly telephone manner and definitely the best price for repair. I went along and was truly amazed at the warm, friendly and helpful experience I received. Youssef did not try to charge me excessively for a replacement keyboard, instead he patiently repaired the keyboard in front of me and refused to be paid! I was absolutely bowled over by this kind act and almost had an emotional moment. Youssef, you are an absolute gentleman and I hope this honest review allows you to help more people.

He spent around half an hour trying to fix my problem until he finally solved it, and he didn't want to charge me. My Mac had a broken key, and I had a replacement key, but not the right tools to replace it. Newton fixed it without even charging. Very nice! Highly recommended. A few months later, another broken key, and Newton fixed it, again free of charge!

I wish I can give 10 stars for his professional and kindness. He don't even charge me for a penny. One of the arrow key from my keyboard is fell off accidentally. Apple charged me insanely high repair fee for this issue, after they took my MacBook for over a week to check. Apple lost the original key as well. I went to other stores before I found Newton's Apple Repair. They took over an hour, but still can't get it done (they told me the arrow key is particularly hard to fix). Fortunately, I found here. He fixed it within 10mins. He is super professional and nice. Although I don't want my Apple products having any problem, if I need any repair service, Newton's will always be my first choice, not Apple. I would say he is an amazing 'doctor' for Apple product. Truly thanks for your help.

I can’t say better things about this place. Simply outstanding service! - I had a cracked MacBook Pro screen and it was completely not usable. I used Newton's Apple Repair's Call-Out service by making an appointment. A certified Apple Mac technician arrived and repaired my device promptly on-site. The technician was really professional and took all the precautions for coronavirus. When the hinge that connects my screen to my keyboard snapped, Newton's Apple Repair was the only shop to respond to my enquiry in a timely manner, quote a decent price, and dissuade me from buying a whole new screen. 80 pounds to unscrew and rescrew what is essentially the glorified spine of a binder is a little steep, but, hey, it wasn't the 700 that the Geniuses at Apple and the guys at MR Systems quoted.

My old MacBook Pro's screen turned black while I am working on it. I tried tons of suggestions from the apple forum and others but, problem occurred time to time.
