I have had two different iphones repaired at this shop on separate occasions/with different issues. Both times I received excellent quality repairs and trouble shooting of my devices, with faster turnaround times and for less money than at the Apple Store. I don't plan to ever bother going to the Apple Store in Westfields again!

Really, really happy with PC Clinic! I had to go there tonight and right away Muhammad knew exactly what I needed when my adaptor was broken and when I wanted to buy a mouse too he knew straight away and both products work perfectly! He and the other person (sorry, didn't catch his name) both were very reassuring - I was worried because I use my laptop a lot and being so close to Christmas day...I'd looked online out of stock or nothing till Monday where I looked online and this would not have guaranteed the fantastic, quick and super helpful service I got at PC Clinic. I'm happy with the prices, the quality, the absolutely EVERYTHING! I phoned up before I came in to make sure the kinds of products for the kind of laptop I have might be in stock (brought in my old adaptor and my PC) and great help on the phone too. The products look great and work great. PC Clinic and its fantastic staff ticks all the boxes. Can not recommend this place enough! THANK YOU for saving Christmas LOL!

This place is a blessing! I got recommended to this shop by my father to take my broken laptop which has important coursework files and they got straight to the job. They said three days and it took three days exactly. Friendly and patient staff, they even helped me fix my faulty disk drive even though I only paid for motherboard replacement. Brilliant!

Really satisfied with service! A friend recommended that I visit this shop after my MSI laptop stopped working while I was working from home during lockdown – sadly, the hard drive had died. As advised I had this replaced, which was done on the same evening I visited the shop. Prompt as well as efficient service. I would use this service again, as well as recommend to others.

Honestly the kindest people ever!!! As a woman you sometimes feel like you’re getting ripped off but these guys gave never steered me wrong. Assalamu Alaikum, I had my Samsung phone screen cracked a couple of days ago, I never ever damaged a phone in my life. I was in a mixed emotion because I can't access my phone which is risky if I lose my personal information. I would recommend to keep up with backup, changing the debugging setting to help you access using a pc. Last but not least, A good screen protector! I am very grateful the brother repaired my phone. Let me start by saying that I have been using the services of PC Clinic from time began or more accurately since early/mid 2000 and with no regrets. I have to say that his professionalism and technical knowledge is off the charts and his rapport and customer service is second to none. Even after moving out of Hackney, I still drive past many shops offering similar services to go to PC Clinic because Muhammad is simply the best. He addresses me as his brother, my parents as mum and dad and he often fixes their problems for free and often, my ones too. Be it laptops/desktops, phones/tablets, screens and many others – this dude can fix them all. NEED I SAY I RECOMMEND?
