My Razer blade laptop was broken and sent it to my local shop in Edinburgh and they didn't want to touch it. So sent it to razer factor in germany had terrible problems with customs because of Brexit and razer service team incompetence. Got in touch with these guys and they were so helpful fix the issue in days! all data fully restored laptop in great working condition. I spilled water on my laptop and it could not turn on. I searched online for a repair shop in London and decided to go to IT FIX London since they offered same day repairs. I went on Saturday at 4pm before they closed and collected my fixed laptop on Monday at 4pm, by replacing the motherboard. I was very impressed with the efficient service. I and my wife have excellent service experiences with IT Fix London. First, we repaired Macbook trackpad because of spilled water. Secondly, we replaced Lenovo battery because it drained so fast. IT Fix services are very reliable and transparent. Our mac and lenovo are in very good shapes until now.

We had them replace a broken fan on a 10+ year old laptop and I would highly recommend them for any computer repairs. Their communication from the initial quote to when I picked up the laptop was excellent, responding back within hours and keeping me posted on progress. Great service! I had liquid damage on my laptop, so took it in to ITFIX it. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Bill took my laptop apart whilst I was there and was immediately able to decipher how bad the problem was. He talked me through what my options were and how much each would cost and what he would recommend. I decided to replace the keyboard, it cost £80, which I've since heard is very reasonable. I got a phone call two days later to say it was repaired. When I came in Bill showed me it was in working order and even connected my new wireless mouse for me. I'd also emailed in the interim to ask about the mouse and he had responded straight away with advice. I highly recommend the service!

My screen died on my Retina Macbook Pro (typically) just outside of warranty. This is an annoying and rather scary thing to happen, as I use it for work. I trawled the internet looking for someone to help that wasn't going to cost the earth and take ages (the Apple store), but would also be professional and trustworthy. The service I received from IT Fix was excellent. Bilal replied to all my questions quickly and I dropped the laptop into him the same day. He diagnosed the problem, ordered and replaced the screen and fitted/tested it all within a few days. FANTASTIC SERVICE. I cannot recommend this place enough! My experience has been fabulous from beginning to end - after accidentally spilling water all over my Mac and not being able to open it, I was incredibly lucky to come across this place after a quick Google search. Bilal was so helpful on the phone, responsive, professional and polite and when I arrived with my laptop, the service I received was so fantastic and hugely helpful. Luckily, Bilal managed to retrieve my documents which I thought I had completely lost (note to self: always back up your documents with a USB!) and fixed my laptop within a couple of days. Don't go anywhere else in London to fix your laptop - this is the best place to do so and not a scam or rude person in sight which is very rare and refreshing!

I took the machine in myself to the location near Kings Cross - the place is pretty low-key and the person (sorry did not get his name) is also very low key and at first i was a little hesitant to drop off my primary work machine. But on chatting, all seemed good, and not many options during lockdown. Happy to report that the service was great, the price was good and i (hopefully will not need this) would without any question take a machine back there again. Mine was a 5 year old Lenovo Carbon X1, took it in on a Friday, they did diagnostics, ordered a new mother board, and I had it back the following Wednesday. I assume that during lockdown it is not so easy to get parts and with a 5 year old machine they obviously don't stock all possible components. They tested the device for a day before giving it back to make sure that the intermittent fault did not occur. Also, i asked them to take the drive out and i took it with me to be able to pull data off in the event that the repair was going to take a long time.

Awesome service and very friendly staff! I came to IT FIX after a nearby repair shop tried to charge me About £490 for my damaged Mac Pro after I spilled a glass of red wine on the keyboards and trackpad. In contrast to the shop nearby, IT FIX were honest and polite and took their time to diagnoses the damaged parts and decide that I only needed to replace one part and overall charge, including cleaning, was around £240. I was very satisfied with their pricing and the guys finished the job within 2 working days! I am very happy customer and next time, if I have any problems, this is the place I’d turn to. I've used ITFIX quite a few times for any problems related to my Macbook Pro. I found the gent (never got his name) to be very helpful, with a quick turnaround and reasonable price. I think I've had a replacement battery, replacement Hard Drive (upgraded to SSD) and something else done. Just be careful if driving as it is in the congestion zone.

Absolutely First Class. I was working away from the UK on a job in Austria and my laptop display and graphics card got damaged. Upon return to the UK, I called Apple, who informed me that due to it being a vintage model they would not be able to do anything about fixing it. They suggested the only option was to take it to a local repair shop. I was a bit worried about doing this as I have only ever had repairs done by Apple, or done badly by a place in Tottenham Court Road which has since long departed. After searching the internet I was lucky enough to chance upon IT Fix London and the legend that is Bilal (and his team). I used Google reviews to weigh up whether it would be worth a visit and I am so glad I did. No fix, No fee was what they said and that is exactly what I got. Bilal diagnosed the problem quickly, and for no cost ran some tests on my laptop over a 24 hour period, and was after a consultation, able to source the parts despite them being legacy parts and make a full repair, returning my laptop to functional again, and all within a few days, which is lucky as I have to return with said computer to Austria to finish the job this week. The price was very good considering all the work that needed doing and it couldn't have been done faster or with more care. I find it annoying that some reviewers are saying 'Waste of Time' (misspelling it repeatedly which leads me to believe said reviewers are either illiterate or just fakers from a rival company, posting a series of bad reviews to try and somehow run IT Fix's reputation down. Their office is an OFFICE in Thanet Street London. I know because I visited it. Hell I bet you could even streetview it. Opposite the RNIB centre on Thanet Street. So my advice to all people in despair of their failing tech is to give these guys a call. I am 100% sure that like me you will not be let down. THANKS BILAL!

I received such great service and I really recommend using IT Fix London - I had spilt wine over my Mac laptop and after reading great reviews for this place I took my laptop along for a free quote. I felt that Bilal was trustworthy (something that is important to me as I couldn't afford to/didn't want to go to an Apple shop) and I believe he proved himself to be - after getting back to me with the quote for the damage repair I realised I wouldn't be able to pay him for the work at that point. He offered to do the repairs anyway and pay when I could, which is what ended up happening. He kept my laptop safe and it works beautifully again. I broke the screen on my Macbook Pro Retina (doh) and given the inevitably high cost in replacing I spent a lot of time deliberating on which supplier to use (both through Apple directly and third party suppliers). In short - super happy I went with It Fix London. They identified the problem (quicker than Apple themselves, I must add) and within 2 days had fitted a brand new retina screen with 6 month guarantee. Highly recommend.

Million thanks spilled liquid on my Apple Mac Book Pro 2010 a day before my uni assignment submission date and computer wont power on at all after that i called ITFIXLONDON explained everything to them how important was to get this fixed . When I broke my laptop screen it was terrifying. I went to Apple who gave me an enormous figure to have it replaced. This is when Bilal came in and became the hero of this story. Not only does ITFIX provide a wonderfully quick and easy service but the price is very reasonable and the best I could find in London. It's great to know there are people out there who don't want to extort young professionals while they cry and cradle their smashed macbook pro's. I had a major problem with my £1200 laptop which kept switching off every time. I went to IT FIX, in Angel, on the 13th of July 2016 and Bilal was welcoming, informing and very polite.
