I kept on having blue screen problems and then the laptop stopped starting up altogether. Turned the laptop in and it was repaired in an hour with a change of the SSD bay and reinstall of windows. All in all good quick service, clearly knows what he's doing and dedicated his time to solving the issue as quickly as possible.
