I was in despair....my laptop had died, and I need it for work. Dan quickly found me a good replacement, then transferred all my programmes and files, came to my house , installed it, got me my security package, and showed me some quick ways of doing things. He's a thoroughly good man, with reasonable charges, and he knows his stuff! I highly recommend this man and his shop on the Archway Road, near to Sainsbury.

As a business we were looking to upgrade to new computers. Left Dan @ PCHUB with my computer requirements and was contacted with options and prices. Had a discussion with Dan and his knowledge and expertise really shone through. A week later we have new computers and we couldn't be happier. Simply, I Had taken my display unit to another service center for a repair........on collecting I found that the display continued to have problems and issues, all be it, it was on guarantee, but this other service center still came up with different reasons what was wrong with it and new quotes.......but anyway..... I DISCOVERED PC HUB in Highgate and spoke with Daniel for an opinion and as too what was wrong and what I should do to resolve this matter - He very kindly agreed to take in my display monitor and kept it for a few days for testing etc. On returning, he set me straight and with very clear instruction and detail what to do and he very carefully guided me through this. I felt very comfortable talking with Daniel. Because of this I got a very positive outcome and my display working again with no issues! I was so so chuffed that he took time and concern and emphasized with my situation in helping and assisting with this matter, I was very impressed and also with his exceptional help and support that he gave, he is one in a million!

I've been back time and time again! This time Daniel helped with an important last minute print job. Daniel was so trustworthy in providing advice on repairing a harddrive with information and photos from 18 years ago. The whole service was so enjoyable with his patient and kind manner. I'd been quoted £350 by someone else who did not take the time to look at the device but he diagnosed the problem and it only cost £85.

I rely heavily on using my laptop as every day is so important for me to compose emails and social media post. I’ve got so many things to do on it that I really cannot be without it. And knowing that I can go to PC hub and get it fixed and all issues sorted within a few hours is an absolutely amazing experience. Excellent fast service. I’ve been here twice now for fixes to my mobile and on both occasions I received really professional, open and honest service. Clearly the guy knows his stuff but also wants to ensure that you understand how much, what and when it will be done. if your phone’s broken this is the place to go- saved me a fortunate in replacement handsets and I would imagine it’s also the place to revive upgrade your old laptop. I have been to PC Hub several times and so has my daughter. We have been extremely happy with his services and the repairs he has done on our phones. His prices are fairly reasonable considering the work he does. I would highly recommend PC Hub to anyone who has problems with their phone.
