Two different members of staff were very helpful. Knowledge given freely to someone who was a bit of an electrics novice, and knowledge of the company and its products was clearly demonstrated by both. I was going to buy from some web- only company but these two, plus having a real not just virtual identity made me change my mind. Makes a difference having such representatives fronting up this company.

I ordered a replacement battery which arrived quickly. Customer service is fantastic, when I had a problem with the battery they promptly picked up and replaced it at no cost to me.
