Quest are great! They diagnosed the problem with my laptop, cleaned it up and removed a number of 'dodgy programmes' ordered and fitted a new fan and now it works like new. They are friendly, efficient, quick and excellent value for money. 100% recommend!

I have known the boys at Quest Technologies for many years because they fixed my old laptops when I used to have an Acer and a Toshiba from Over the years. I still go there as I trust them to do a good job! I would highly recommend them and you always need a good tech guy to trust in. Highly recommend!

Really helpful. Turned up to test a power adaptor (to work out if the laptop was the issue) and they helped immediately. They also do board repairs, so will be going back there to fix the laptop if its out of warranty. Definitely recommend as were very helpful and one of the few places that can do board repairs in London.

As a business owner and general manager, could there possibly be a better IT service than the one these guys offer? I went in to fix my laptop and replace its damaged hard disk. They have installed a brand new SSD, fixed it and gave it back to me IN LESS THAN 24hours. Absolutely unreal. I'm so pleased with their customer service, kindness and reliability. I spilt an entire bottle of water on my NEW work Mac book pro and I called Quest immediately and they were able to guide me on how to prevent the water ruining my machine. Even after following their instruction my machine wouldn’t turn on so I called again and they said I was able to drop my machine off which I didn’t expect especially during the covid distancing they arranged for my laptop to be couriered so they could safely work on it. To my amazement they were able to bring my machine back to life within 24. I really felt like they put me to the top of the queue as they really understood the importance of me getting my laptop back asap. I couldn’t recommend then more.

Cannot recommend highly enough - I have been using Quest for a number of years now, they have consistently managed to solve a variety of problems my company and family has had. Im not in the habit of writing reviews, but, today they actually surpassed themselves, rather than charge me to extract files in an incorrect format, they gave me a link to download and do it myself. Now that's customer service!
