Absolutely loved every minute I spent in the store! The staff were super useful and charismatic. The staff that assisted me when I visited the store was named Jonathan, he guided me completely on what new headset I should get that would fit my budget and he answered any questions I had. He didn’t make me feel dumb no matter what I asked and was really funny too the whole time. :) He even showed me and my friend the gaming room in the basement which was absolutely stunning, truly made me lost for words. I’ll definitely be returning to the store to buy more Razer peripherals and for the experience!

I wasn’t aware of the RazerStore and just found it by accident and decided to pop in. I literally cannot remember having such a great experience in any other store before. Jonathan welcomed us and took us through the products explaining them and the specifications in detail which proved invaluable to me. My partner and I have already booked a train to London just to come to this store again after I decide what I will be buying (I emphasise the “what” as after today, I certainly will buy. 10/10

My visit to this store today was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and Jonathan in particular went above and beyond in his service. We had such a lovely time at the store. Abs was an absolute gem! He allowed both my boys to have a look around the gaming and streaming area downstairs. Abs was very attentive and knew about the products in the store. 1st class customer service. We only purchased a mouse mat but the boys thoroughly enjoyed their time at the store. Stopped in for a quick look and ended up spending about an hour talking to Johnathan about all of the really cool features on some of the top of the line razer gear, he was super welcoming and evidently passionate about gaming and helping us find the right stuff for us which just added to the service and massively helped to make some decisions about the next purchases for my setup. Store was smaller than i expected but it packed a lot of awesome into the space there was. I really liked all the stuff they had to show. Bought a key chain clip thing and sat on a new razor chair, fabric style. It was so comfy. I may well choose one in the future. The staff where great and i was served instantly. The experience in this store was beyond amazing when I visited with my son yesterday. The staff were very knowledgeable, fun and welcoming. The fact that he got to have a peak at the gaming basement and a goody bag definitely made his day, quite possibly his week or month as he’s still buzzing. Amazing place. The boys wanted so much to go there. Store assistant notice their enthusiasm and offered to take them for a private tour of the gaming room on the underground room. What a privilege and such a good thing to have done. We all left we a goody bag too. Definitely the highlight of a day out in London. Thank you.

Went in to try the mice - Despite telling him I wasn't buying anything, Jonathan was incredibly helpful, even hooked the mouse up to a laptop to let me give it a test run. He gave me a tour of the Battlestation afterwards, with a run through of all the different features as well! Highly recommend visiting :)

Me and my friend were visiting the store and we got help from the kindest and most optimistic worker ever! Had an awesome experience this afternoon as I was not searching for anything in particular but was looking for small gaming keyboards. Had the pleasure to meet Abz, Raqeeb and Sophie (the superstar), who not only gave me excellent and detailed suggestions, but were lovely to chat to. We established our connection through the love of backpacks, and that is a fair reason (gaming too of course). I ended up getting a 65% keyboard and a new microphone. Definitely will visit again as many of my interests lie in these types of companies.

I had an amazing experience at this particular store thanks to the knowlegde and experience the team. Credit is mostly given to Abz, Raqeeb and Sophie the Superstar. They were kind enough to thoroughly describe the products that I was not familiar with. Abz also showed me and my friend the excellent gaming room downstairs which allows anyone to bring in friends and access to play with powerful computers and a marvellous environment whenever they will reopen it. I will definitely purchase Razer products in the near future after learning about their compatibility with the Xbox brand which I use often. If you have time to spare, I will recommend to give a quick visit to this store.

Really helpful and informative. I went in to find out more about mechanical keyboards. The layout of the store meant that the guy serving me was able to demonstrate and allow me to test all the different switches He answered all my questions patiently and even the sub-questions which arose from his answers. My whole experience was fantastic. Really pleasant conversation with a member of staff who must have to answer the same questions ad-nauseam. So I've ordered my 65% black widow keyboard with yellow switches.... Thanks to Rakib for his jargon-busting introduction. The only con I could think of is that the shop is quite small, although it's large and spacious enough to house almost all their products for showcasing. Before our purchase, we have visited the store 3 times. Every time all the staff have been extremely polite and helpful, willing to introduce us to every product in the store. All of our questions about the products were answered to the tiniest detail, which actually left us craving to try more and more products. We were able to compare many aspects of headphones to fit our liking as well as try keyboards and mice to fit our gaming styles. The service has been uncomparable to other gaming related stores that we have visited. Special thanks goes out to Liam and especially Abs who gave us a truly unique shopping experience. From product description to touring the whole store inlcuding dowsntairs gaming area, it really left us speechless and mindblown. I am not from London, but got in touch with them as I was in some desperation as the central Razer support were being of no help (to the point of actually obstructive) with my attempts to buy a replacement power supply. I sent an email asking if there was any chance they could ship a power supply to me thinking it was unlikely given they are a shop and in theory the Razer website should be able to deal with shipped orders. To my surprise and great delight I got a swift reply saying not only yes they could do it, but giving a simple and clear process for doing it. I paid via an online portal, and the power supply was shipped same day to arrive next working day. I am now happily sat with a working power supply and a much better feeling about the Razer organisation. I don't normally call individuals out (for either good or bad reasons) on here, but I do want to give special thanks to Yaz. From the outset Yaz was friendly, helpful, and super efficient. Razer (thanks to their central support) had pretty much lost me as a customer going forward - Yaz changed that such is the power of an amazing focus on customer service.

Awesome place! Staff are really well informed on the products they sell and are very friendly! One member, Abs, showed our group of 3 around pretty much every product and gave us free Dog Tags at the end of the tour! Very friendly people and great atmosphere. First time visiting the Razer Store today and had a very pleasant experience. I was welcomed and served by Abs, who was very informative with questions I had. He even showed my the new Razer glasses and demonstrated them. I then had to pleasure of being taken into the E-gaming basement to be shown around all the gaming setups that there is. It was a great environment and loved seeing the live-streaming booth. Big thank you to Abs, I will be returning once the E-Sports room is back in action!

The gaming place under the store in really enjoyable as it has a dozen or so gaming rigs equiped with razer gear to try out for free. Our second visit to the London store, all staff were friendly as soon as we set foot in the door. Originally just went in to browse, but then got an urge for new keyboard and mouse. We spoke to a knowledgeable, upbeat and helpful guy named Abs 'like the abs'. He listened to all my needs with genuine interest and pointed me to the right products. After a a few minutes of laughter and debating, I left the store to have a think. Within moments of leaving, my girlfriend decided she wanted a new keyboard and mouse, we asked to speak to Abs yet again as I feel we built a bond. Before you know it, he was loading up her new purchases and I just got myself a t-shirt, but we got some extra little goodies thrown in. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for that new bit of kit, everything is on display to pick up or try on. I know that we will most certainly be making another visit.

First I would like to say that the staff were really friendly and helpful. The store looks amazing and there is lots of stuff to lookup and get. The downstairs area is great with Gaming stations where you can play on pc's and consoles as much as you want. Staff are really nice and have and amazing passion for the products they sell. I also wanted to buy a keyboard which I saw on amazon for 44£ but it was sold for 99£ in the store. However when i told one of the members of staff they went online and saw it themselves and told me they would match the online price and were happy to do so. Would totally recommend checking out.

Came here on Thursday 30th July and they have a great warm welcoming with hand sanitiser and wipes if needed by the front door. Was helped by Abs mainly who was fantastic and was very informative on the range they had there and ever some upcoming razer products. Ended up leaving with a little menagerie of stuff including Razer hammerhead wireless earphones, Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard, Razer iPhone 11 pro case, razer green cloth mask and a few other tid bits of goodies. It is a good store I got the black widow elite grand opening my only problem was one of the security who I felt was intimidating but a part from that it was nice the staff were nice and very helpful I got what I wanted and they even said they would buy me the metal key caps. I would definitely recommend this store it allso has a mini eSports place down stairs with what I believe to be 12 computers and 2 screens to watch live streams and one big one with 4 screens. I would also definitely recommend this store if you want to get a gift for someone who is into pc gaming and you don't know what to get them as online can be very hard however the staff here can be very helpful and guide you to the best product you want with like a 30-day return guarantee to my knowledge it is very convenient. So I would definitely recommend people to come by

Second time in 3 weeks in the store and Jonathan helped me both times and took the time the second time to take me through all the keyboards and options. Awesome customer service. My fiancé and I visited because we were passing by and we love to look at all the beautiful keyboards etc and fantasise about our future setups. We were approached by an incredibly friendly young man who chatted with us for ages and showed us loads of different products and shared his knowledge without any pressure for us to buy. He was also incredibly kind and supportive of all the stuff we were interested in, I often find that sometimes gamer guys can be a little judgy when I say that I just really like the pink kitty headphones (theyre just so cute) but honestly I wasn't laughed at and just felt at ease. We chatted about all the games we play and he taught both me and my partner a lot of cool stuff we never knew about the products on offer. Razer should be incredibly proud to have such wonderful staff representing them.
