My Dell laptop died on me out of nowhere, they were able to bring it to full working order for a great price! The repair did take a week longer than originally quoted, so for more obscure repairs don't expect next day service, but not bad considering the price. I would expect them to keep me updated more actively than they did, but they always pick the phone up right away which is great. Recommended, a great choice if you want a professional repair!

The battery in my Dell laptop died on me. Repair Daemon were able to take the laptop the NEXT DAY! This is such a fast and amazing service, they repaired everything perfectly and soooo much faster than I thought possible. Also, very polite, attentive and responsive over the phone. I compared prices against many other repair companies and there's was by far the best value for money. Even cleaned all the dust out of my laptop and offered to run a stress test for free! if I ever get any more technical problems I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very professional, service minded, solution oriented, and extremely quick. Listened carefully to my needs and priorities, and were able to help with the most important things extremely quickly (needed some files from a harddrive I could no longer access because the motherboard died, got them after a couple of hours). They were happy to discuss different possible solutions to my problem, and help me find whichever solution suited me best. A little difficult to find them if you haven't been before: you have to enter a residence/office-looking building, and ask the concierge/receptionist to show you to their workshop.

I promised RD I'd write a review if they sorted my laptop and here it is. I've had lots of issued with mac repairs: expensive, repairs were badly done, Apple Shop repairs are a nightmare on waiting and time - Apple quoted me £450 - so not worth the hassle. So had a 2015 mac book pro - wasn't powering up, was in two minds whether to risk spending money on the repair but needed my data off it, and knew it was probably electrics not hard drive. They were great with communication, picked it up same day, explained the fault that evening and cost (which was v competitive - £175), two days later got it back working. Delivered door to door. Don't know if all experiences are the same, but mine was excellent and impressed. Would definitely use them again, as have staff which use macs and mac repairs have been an absolute nightmare.

I’m so happy I got to know this place. My laptop keyboard isn’t working and needs to be replaced so I visit this place. They called me the next day after some investigation and it would take 4 weeks to be fixed as they can only get the new keyboard from the US or China cos I purchased this laptop in Korea so I asked them to return the laptop to me so I need to use it for the next 2 weeks. They dropped my laptop to my place without charging me any and the pickup driver and the engineer guys at the office were all very kind. I would defo come back in 2 weeks. Highly recommendable

I made the mistake of attempting a DIY repair to my Macbook. I failed! I found them on Google and they were the closest to my home. Their office is very posh! They took care of me and reassured me that they could fix the issue. They fixed the laptop in next to know time. Due to the extensive damage I inflicted on the laptop, the repair wasn't cheap (they had to replace the keyboard and other parts). I'm very surprised that they were able to source the keyboard because my Macbook is over 12 years old! Lesson learnt - don't try complicated repairs using YouTube videos. All the reviews are absolutely true! Repair Daemon is the place to go without a doubt. Friendly approach to start with, putting you at ease and confident of getting a good job well done. They came and collected my large PC unit - the car driver was top too! - then they assessed it quickly and said what needed doing. Some hard drive problem, it seems, and I had been warned by my brother that it might be something drastic like that, though myself I know absolutely nothing of these matters (and, if you're like me in that, one more reason to have utter confidence in them!). Repair carried out in next to no time for a very low price considering, then had it back to me in no time at all, delivered to my door!. A couple of problems to start with and they were fully ready to come out again next day to look, until I discovered it was really me that was faulty and was able to ring back and say so. Having wasted their time rather, they were still friendly as ever and no recriminations for my ignorance! First class service like this needs to be recognised, along with a job well done! A great service from a small business that would rival most of the bigger companies. My laptop was running slow (in my opinion) and not only did Repair Daemon collect it from me but they ran diagnostics and told me it was running okay. I was given the option to increase the speed with a new hardrive if I chose to or leave it until a later date and upgrade the laptop. There was no hard sell to upgrade it unnecessarily and as I decided to leave it as it was... there was no charge for the service they had provided. My - very old - laptop didn't charge and needed a clean inside. Satya sourced and changed the AC jack, cleaned the thing up and run a test to check the machine had no other issues . I recently dropped my corrupted hard drive here , after trying every route possible he was not able to retrieve the data as the drive was to badly damaged...however, he offered a rapid solution and obtained a new hard drive for me. The hard drive had no operating system along with other missing software. I did not have to worry, the owner took it upon himself to fully setup the system before passing it on to me. Great service. Cannot recommend highly enough. Was contacted swiftly after filling in online form for a smartphone repair. My phone was picked up from my home by the repairer that day. He then kept me well informed throughout the entire process and even sent me photos of the repaired phone to make sure I was happy with the job. I had a serious problem with my PC,and went to Crystal Palace Repairs and IT services for help.The guy there,Satya,was very helpful and knowledgeable.He diagnosed the problem in no time(the hard disk was corrupted and the motherboard had died on me!),and spent several hours researching replacement motherboards from the internet. Alas,a brand new one from Acer was too expensive,but he sourced a similar one from elsewhere,and copied all my data from my corrupted disk over to my new system,so I didn`t lose any data at all.
