What fantastic service! It's always a bit of a risk when you take your computer to be fixed - it's hard to know whether somewhere will do a good job. RK Computers fixed my laptop within one afternoon and also sorted a secondary problem for no extra charge. Extremely professional, friendly and excellent value for money. Would recommend highly. Very pleasant and helpful place. Everywhere I went people tried to charge me over £150 for diagnosis and this gentleman said the TV is not fixable and he wont take anything from me and he also said he is sorry that he cant help! Very nice and best customer service!

Excellent service. I had a faulty laptop with a damaged hard disk. I was provided a reasonable quote from the onset. (Comparing this knowhow, the quote was very cheap) My Laptop was repaired at a reasonable cost and within the set time frame. Highly recommended.

Had a macbook meltdown during a WFH day! It was urgent I retrieved work from my laptop and get it fixed. The work was taken from hard drive and put onto a USB stick and I had my repaired laptop back within two hours. Really great to have a local business I can trust. Highly recommended.
