n.This is the Samsung stand inside Selfridge's department store. This is not a repair shop unlike the category says, you can only purchase Samsung products. They have a wide range at display with the latest products but we gave 3 stars because the category includes repairs which they don't do, and the Samsung experience shop down the road offer a more comprehensive range of products with Samsung specialists. I would recommend to stop by this outlet only of you are strolling around the department store, otherwise go to the main Samsung experience store where they also offer appointments for repairs.

B. H.I would be giving thi 5 stars but finding it impossible to find a place to leave a great review for the staff at Samsung Coal Drop Yard Kings Cross. The staff particularly Jess with Ryan and others of being so helpful in showing me the mobile phone as I needed to upgrade from an old phone. There were plenty on display to view, staff were patient in trying to solve the issue of upgrading my phone. Not everyone wants to do everything online. At others Samsung retail sites don't appear to have so many devises on display.

M. W. (.The Samsung Store in Selfridges Oxford Street......Mind Blowing!! The NeoQled 8k TV.....The Galaxy Watches.....I had to get out before I blew my credit cards up! It's a GREAT store in Selfridges, the staff are Excellent, friendly and informative on ALL their products, a great place to visit when you're in town
