Today I visited the Samsung Store in Oxford Street to buy a new phone. I'd already decided on the Galaxy S21+ but I'm not very technical minded and needed help to transfer all the data from my S8+. I needn't have worried, lucky for me EMILY was my assistant! Bless her she supervised me through the whole process. She was patient polite reassuring and very competent, I couldn't have asked for more. I am extremely grateful to her. I will certainly recommend the Samsung store and in particular EMILY.

This shop tends to be busy and at times it can be quite frustrating waiting for someone to assist you. It has all the last Samsung products and the staff is generally competent and helpful. It is worth a visit if you are interested in checking out the last Samsung products and you want to buy them

Nice to see new phones I've only seen on the news. Multiple cameras is crazy. I'm old school with my 4-5 year Samsung still working fine. Will pick my favourite two, then final choice for my technology update. Workers were nice and the one that helped me the most was a great guy. Will definitely be there soon. I loved the experience. Very time efficient, got help very quick even though it was quite busy. I went to get my phone repaired and the people who work here gave me excellent customer service. Not only did they fix my phone but they gave me very valuable tips on how to keep my device in tip top condition. It was such a pleasant customer experience. They also sell phones and galaxy books and cases for different phones which are all very nicely displayed. If you are thinking about buying a Samsung device or if you already own one and you live in London do not hesitate to visit the Samsung store you won't regret it.

Im writing this review as today i needed no more proof that where there are decent people creating good customer service it should be encouraged. Entering the atmosphere in your store was not uncomfortable it was welcoming, Entering your store you cared what it was that I needed help with. Today i had a very negative comparison of that i Samsungs Cabot Circus Branch in Bristol and here i am reviewing you with 5 stars for customer service 4 months later. Really great experience. I went to send my Active II watch for repair and was really surprised with brilliant customer service and very knowledgeable staff there. I gave them watch for repair and got him back in week totally new, they even took care of scratches on side of watch. Thank you.

Amazing customer service despite the store suffering from a national UK problem, lack of accessories available to see and experience. It seems like they all went to the same school and studied with the same uninteresting bland teachers. Other than this the custosmer service shines and compensates the store feeling not very interesting! Good job for the workers, not so good for whoever designs and styles the shops. The shop doesn't have the customer in mind.

I had was given the most amazing service here.
When my mobile's screen broke I went to the Oxford Street Samsung Experience Centre to have it fixed. As I had not got an appointment I was sent home and told to make an appointment & that it would take a minimum of 5 days to get my phone repaired. I went online to.make an appointment at the Samsung Store in Coal Drops Yard and all my mobile phone worries were resolved in one day! Once I explained my difficulties and also the experiences I had previously, Senaj, the manager, patiently explained to me how to back up my phone and how to restore it later and gave me a replacement phone. He then gave me a courtesy call on the Saturday ( the following day) to inform me that my mobile had been repaired and was ready for collection. I am more than happy with the level of service and customer care. It went way beyond my expectations. Also, I erroneously believed that the store in Oxfoed Street was the flagship. I stand corrected, the KX store in Coal Drops Yard is Samsung's Flagship in London and they are well worth a visit just for their customer service alone. They also display some futuristic looking items that hint at sci-fi lives, ie a wardrobe that disinfects your clothes amongst other items.

Visted Samsung Experience store on the corner of Oxford Street and Wardour Street for the first time. While a Sony enthusiast i appreciate the quality of Samsung phones and televsions. Store offers all things Samsung with a good amount of staff available to provide support and help. The service was knowledgable, efficient and cordial. Only area of improvement would be the music. Something a bit more melodic and chilled out to counter the madness of Oxford Street would be recommended.

Staff (Bryan) was helpful and willing to sort out the issue with my Gear S2 watch, eventhough I was late for the appointment and overreacted for it. Great store, super helpful people, and fast service. I went first went to Oxford St for a repair and was advised it could be three weeks. The person advised me to try Coal Drops Yard shop, which is fortunately closer to where I live. They fixed it in 24 hrs. Fantastic service, and in a really cool area, restaurants, shops, bars. I recently purchased a phone from Samsung Experience Store in Oxford Circus. I did not purchase the phone from Sam but he was very helpful, approachable, friendly and professional when I asked for help. It was a busy day for the team. A stressed customer was in the store from afternoon till the store closed. She gave the staff members who served her a real hard time. Sam did not serve the incumbent but he displayed a maturity that was way beyond his age with his outlook.
I later visited the store on 27th July 2021 for help in getting my images and messages transferred to a user friendly folder for external viewing. I was getting ready to leave the store having spent a number of hours there and not being able to get the help I sought. Safira asked me if I managed to get everything sorted. She was a gem, helpful, approachable, friendly and professional.

My old phone stopped working yesterday and it's not possible to get it fixed. So today I decided I'm gonna buy a new phone, and I visited a few of the stores in Oxford Street (samsung, curry's and o2). I must say that as soon as I came to the store, I was greeted and asked if I need help by a member of staff, Sebastian. I explained my situation and I said I have a specific budget, and he took me to show me a phone within my budget, which after a couple questions about the specs I decided to buy it. He was very resourceful! I was never a big fan of Samsung but after the experience today I feel positive about it, in the sense that I was listened to about what I want to buy, without overselling techniques or tricks or other things you can experience elsewhere, I basically experienced here a polite, knowledgeable, friendly, professional but most importantly honest attitude, so I want to leave this positive feedback because I think this type of behavior is an example and should be encouraged everywhere! Well done, and keep up the good stuff!

I just want to say that Gina is amazing and a real professional. I came in super stressed, I had just had my phone and cards stolen. Gina went above and beyond to get me up and running with a new number as soon as possible. She was clearly very busy and there were lots of customers but she still made sure I left with a phone I could switch on immediately and use as she knew how stressed I was being phoneless.

I bought my S21 Ultra 512gb last week and in general the phone build and quality is exceptional but I've had issues with the fingerprint recognition, my battery and Bixby even recognising my voice.
I thought by buying the top of the range flagship phone from Samsung I wouldn't be using my Huawei P30 phone at all, but I find I'm going back to it for a few tasks now which has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
Are these issues that you're aware of or do I have a faulty handset?

The major reason for my satisfaction is the care and attention given to me by Tanzim, the young person working for Samsung.
I took time to explain my difficulties with the use of my tablet. She was extremely patient. I appreciate that.
Not only that: she went the extra mile especially for me. I really appreciate that.
Tesco Customer Service could learn a thing or two from Tanzim. It's not enough for them to sell Samsung products, nice as that is.
Tesco should actually offer customers the care that they say they offer. If they don't do this, I will continue to complain about them.
Every little complaint I make will help them from being ignorant, indifferent business types.

Managed to break my brand new S10e display at the gym. Arrived at Samsung store on Friday 4pm, left my phone to be repaired and the following day on Saturday early afternoon received an email saying my phone was ready to be collected - superb service and my phone is like new! I did wait nearly 1h20min to be seen on Friday but I don't blame them as the place was packed. The products are amazing and the staff here are friendly. I like the screen protector franchise at the back of the store. I like that we can pick up the product versus waiting for an online delivery BUT I can not believe how many items were out of stock. Would give 5 stars if there was some super experience I could get from the store that I don't get online.

Went in today, the lady at the door asked me about the mask, I didn't have one.
Instead of being patronising and annoying like in some other stores she pointed to a box of new single use masks and hand sanitizer. This is what every store should do.

I haven't even had the phone for a year and you mention warranty, would the warranty not cover the charging port instead of me forking out all that cash?
There would not of been any damage as they just used an item which was thinner than the brush your company used and all was good!

Overall a good store, the customer service advisors are attentive. However I had a bit of fluff stuck in my charger port and was told it was stuck so bad, that I would need to pay just over £300+ to replace charging port and motherboard. I went to a local phone repair shop and, the person serving me used a safety pin and the fluff that was stuck so bad fell right out.

The moment you enter the store, you are greeted which is always a good sign. On this occasion there was so much staff which meant that you could see some standing in groups chatting away, which isn't a big issue but I don't think it really represents good customer service. I was helped by Kevin and Shiv who were both really nice and very supporting. My issue wasn't solved but I was still given an excellent customer experience.

Overall I'd have rated it two star if not for them, as the careless attitude when you go in for repair downstairs is very off putting. We went into this store, which is quite far from any tube station, with the idea of buying the Samsung S10 Plus.
Upon entering we were greeted by a new starter with a warm and friendly smile and greeting.
A good start.
Store is clean and filled with Samsung tech (obviously). After asking how he can assist us I told him we wanted to buy said phone and he asked how, credit or cash, getting better. Cash.
A seasoned member of staff assisted him, he's new remember, we headed downstairs to the processing area with my son's immaculately kept S8.
They offered £130 for (WTH!) but okay.
The seasoned staff then said, without asking, they're looking to get this on credit. The new interjected and said "No. Cash"

I went to the Samsung store about 3 weeks ago and I went in for a repair on my S7 Edge. I had great service from a member of staff there I believe his name is Brendon (not entirely sure) but What was refreshing to see is how friendly and how helpful the whole team was. I had some concerns with my phone and wasn't sure what the actual problem was but was reassured that they will look at it and sort this out for me. Everyone I came in to context with was so down to earth and always made sure that I was being seen to. I must say this was a breathe of fresh air. Overall great store and great level of service. My phone is sorted. The Only downside is it is a very busy store and had to wait a few minutes to be seen which is no fault of their own as I was reassured that someone will deal with me shortly. Samsung is my favorite smartphones-brand. My first smart phone was not a Samsung phone, and then the 2nd one was Samsung and ever since I only buy Samsung when I'm changing my smart phone! I visited Samsung in London to change the screen protector of my new phone :) I was so happy that Samsung had a small corner for that in their store! The screen protector they changed is amazingggggg and the staff were super friendly and I had a good time there till the screen protector was changed, it took about 15 to 20 minutes. I wish if you guys could do the same in Germany!
I only have one thing that I was not happy about regarding my last order from Samsung, when I ordered my new phone the phone comes with free Samsung buds in the offer, but I only received the phone and never the buds, I contacted them and they said they don't know when it will be delivered. :) so Samsung please send me my Samsung buds :D

Just bought a Samsung S8 as a Christmas present for my girlfriend from the Samsung online website and traded in an iPhone. We were having issues transferring some videos across from the iPhone to the Samsung S8 so we decided to go to the store in Oxford Street they were so friendly there, as soon as we arrived they offered to help straight away, one of the advisers took us downstairs and tried to resolve the issue this was not possible so he referred us for an appointment with a technician which was to be in two weeks time. I explained I had to send the trade-in iPhone tomorrow back to Samsung so needed an appointment today they managed to find a technician Jena and we were seen straight away.
Jena was one of the most knowledgeable,kind, helpful and professional people we had ever come across in the retail industry she not only resolved the issue we had she went above and beyond to help us delete an account that had been hacked and also showed us so many other useful tips on functionality of the phone.
We came away from the store so happy and my girlfriend had her new phone up and ready to use. I would definitely recommend the Oxford street store so helpful. Looks like I will be staying with Samsung for good. Thanks again Jena your the best. Look after her Samsung, Special staff are hard to find. Thank you

My experience at this store, as someone who has owed a Samsung smartphone from the Galaxy S2 and most of them a pre-order basis, is mixed. In fact, I have enjoyed testing new technology, such as a virtual-reality setup. However, my overall experience here is poor: this dates back some years ago and the first experience was related to a Galaxy S View cover, which were known to be flawed in their design and would break; yet, the staff would argue with nonsensical arguments, with the sole aim of selling me another cover, which I resisted. Overall customer service and general knowledge of product is usually poor, too. Most of their focus is on sales, and some can come across as unhelpful and disagreeable. Even with basic device or software issues, their solution implies resetting the device to factory default, when even a standard user can accomplish this operation unassisted. On one such occasion, I was lucky enough to meet Samsung engineer or technician, who confirmed the advice I was given was incorrect. Whether the fault lies with individual member of staff or Samsung at corporate level, they owe to invest part of the trillions won, thank goodness it is only (ten) billions of pounds sterling, of their marketing budget on their people, to improve customer satisfaction. What is the point of sending me surveys year after year?

And my issue was delt with within a matter of hours after dropping of my phone for a screen and battery repair. Samsung did a good job sorting out my broken Galaxy S8 screen. The staff were helpful and I was advised that I need both sides replacing as the crack had transferred to the other side (threatening the waterproofing). They quoted £249 and 2 days. (Cost was competitive with other London offerings).The repairs are done onsite (and included a free new battery). Recording the details took a while but it then allowed me to track it online - it was done the same day! Very happy customer with shiny new phone!

After experiencing problems with my phone and visiting two different O2 stores with no success, I was greeting by Rich who was immediately reassuring, letting me know my problem could be fixed ASAP.
The system for booking in consultations is efficient and worked well for me. Asif handled my appointment and he was excellent, taking into consideration I needed things sorted quickly. I really felt like I was getting a personal service and that was great.
I was so impressed with the speed it took for my phone to be repaired and my problem to be fixed. Collecting the phone was stress-free and I was so pleased to have it back in only a matter of hours.
All of the staff I engaged with were friendly and helpful. But a big thanks especially to Rich and Asif, they were fantastic and provided me with one of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. If only every shop was like this!

Mixed experience of my visit to Samsung. Raihaan who served me initially was fantastic. He went the extra mile for me when my new S7 kept locking up and restarting. However I was annoyed that a tiny crack on the screen (a few mm at the top corner, almost unnoticeable) had to be replaced before the fault could be fixed in order to maintain the warranty. This cost me £190. Had the phone not have been faulty I wouldn't have had to have this done...
Getting me on to the next point. After replacing the screen, Samsung failed to replace the faulty part so I had to return the next day, wait for a tech to become free (can sometimes be lengthy waiting times) and go through the whole thing again. The repair was done in 3 hours but I was busy that evening so had to return the next day to collect it.
Overall, not bad, but could be better.

I had a fault with my phone that i had been putting off getting sorted for some time.
The process of getting it repaired was much easier than expected and took only a couple of hours or so. If you need any kind of repair/service is recommended to go in the morning as they can get pretty busy. Find one of the staff holding a tablet to get booked on to the queue system!

I would like some advise please, bought a new samsung 10+ plus 7
months ago and no one can hear me unless I am on speaker phone. I have had my phone into different ee stores and have spent may hours on 150 customer service. I have spent 2 days in Reading to get the insides of my phone replaced. I have been into the Samsung Liverpool street, 2.5 hours drive there and the same back. Have visited numerous ee stores country wide, as well as many calls to samsung customer service, the best Service I can get is that they will give me a refurbished phone but I am still to keep paying the 18 months contract for a new phone. AND I should be excited by this as it is a SPECIAL favour. I am unreasonable expecting anything else even though I bought a NEW phone not a second hand off Ebay. Not sure how anyone would be pleased to pay a new price for second hand goods. I have been messed around for 7 months and now looking into my cutomer service rights. Ee was so quick to take my money and then totally disinterested, Samsung seem to me messing me around until my warentee expires. NEVER been soooo disappointed before!!!!!

The amazing Nicholas did a great job of transferring everything from my nearly new Samsung S8 (which I had stupidly damaged) to another one, all the while dealing with similar operations on the devices of two other customers and remaining totally unflustered and polite. There were two extremely rude customers in the store at the same time making a terrible fuss - how the staff kept their cool I don't know!
Follow-up: a few days later the equally efficient Asif talked me through the repair process for the phone I broke and has put everything in train with commendable speed so that I'll have it back on my next trip to London. A very smooth and unfussy process.

I had to take in my s8 to get repaired. Bit of a wait, but very professional and friendly. But after I took the repaired phone home, I noticed that they had damaged the glass on the back and there was now dust IN the camera lens. I took it back, and after a few chats with the customer services people and the manager - the manager took it away for about 30mins, and they replaced the back and camera as well. Luckily I had photos of the phone before handing it to them, which may have helped. But it was good to see the manager fixing the phone without too much hassle. After-all, I paid a premium for getting my phone fixed at a Samsung store, rather than some high street cowboy - so it's good to see they stood by their work and put it right.

Given it a 4 star coz i can't find anywhere how much it's going to cost me to fix my active 2 screen that practically got cracked the day i got it last year. The glass is rubbish it's not worth the price. I wish i didn't buy it i literally wore it 4 times all 4 times it somehow got damaged from the lightest tap i have it turnt off just sitting on the side, so im just keeping it there until the price is very low to fix it as i know I'll pay so much i may aswell throw it in the bin ans pay for a new one. Unless under warranty i can get if fixed as to be fair what it says on the box and how it came were completley different. The aluminium black was blue but i didn't complain.

I visited this store today as I had an issue with my tablet. I was looked after by Leon and It was the best customer service I have recieved as of late! I was so impressed. They explained how they might have to wipe all the data from my device in order to fix it. This would have been a nightmare for me as it is a work tablet with so much important stuff on it 😳 (I have backed up on a memory card now). These guys fixed my tablet so fast. I was having problems with it switching off and it wasn't even 1 year old. The service was great they are very knowledgeable. Although go early in the morning it gets so busy at lunch through to closing time team wait is over 30 mins to book it in for repairs. Also make sure you ask when you get in there what it is you want them to do. I noticed a few people with devices from abroad waited and then couldn't get them fixed so were less than happy when they found out.

On Friday morning (June 18th) I dropped my Samsung S8 and shattered the screen, so I popped into the Samsung Experience Centre on Oxford Street. I expected a lengthy queue but ended up being seen almost immediately by an extremely kind and professional member of staff called Mihai. He quickly identified the problems that required fixing [which included the battery along with the screen] and patiently laid out my options re. repairs. I decided to get it fixed - and less than 24 hours later the phone was ready for collection [and as good as new!]
Mihai's professional knowledge, impartial advice and exceptional patience were invaluable in helping me get through what would otherwise have been an immensely stressful process. And for that I'm extremely grateful!
After collecting my [now good as new] S8 phone I was then helped by another extremely kind member of staff called Dylan. He helped me choose a new screen protector and was kind enough to take the time to fit it on the phone for me in the store. He also patiently provided me with invaluable advice on wireless charging units compatible with my device [which I ended up buying]. I was extremely impressed by Dylan's helpfulness as well as his patience and knowledge.
Overall, the whole process of getting my phone repaired turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant and stress-free one - all thanks to the impressive efficiency, kindness and dedicated professionalism of the service provided by all the staff who helped me. Thank you!

Excellent service, caring, patient and knowledgeable but make sure you get the right person to help you otherwise you could end up with someone with too much on their plate for life and that would not be Samsung's fault directly yet it should be noticed by them.
They wont leave you till you are satisfied and you can always ask for the really good deals they have which I would not have known about had I not been to the Samsung shop.

Excellent system of helping customers with tech issues in place here. You enter the store, head to the person with a tablet and they listen to your issue, makes notes, gives you a digital token and the countdown begins for your number to come on the screen and you are served all the answers you need.
Excellent store space with several different Samsung products including TV, watches, phones, tablets, laptops and VR headset and 360 cameras.
I think Samsung could have also kept space. For their cameras and other products but that's all I could find there. Maybe this place is only for cutting edge stuff. Very fast service and helpful staff. If you have a Samsung device, you will get the help you need here.

Rohan (customer sales agent) gave good advice on the products and is very knowledgable with all the products in the store, I was so impressed I left the store with a new phone and lots of extras to go with it (something I never normal do).

Best place to go if are a Samsung or Android fan and big into tech since it has the latest Samsung merchandise such as their flagship, mid-range and entry level phones with cases and the new Galaxy Fold which you can get a hands on review of at this store and at Samsung KX (King's Cross). The Customer Service section downstairs isn't that great though, as it's best to make an appointment instead.

Mixed feelings about my experience. One hand Joseph was very helpful on the technical side but then wanted to change something and get a screen protector. Another member of staff took over with swapping the phone case and fitting the screen protector (not Joseph); there was dust under it which I pointed out and was told "oh well, it happens.... if you take it off and break it they will send you a new one". They didn't offer to do it again or anything else. So left not feeling that satisfied with the service, when I got home they had put the old case in the bag so got a free case...In your own words "oh well it happens".

I took my Samsung phone here to be repaired after it had been continually crashing and rebooting. Within 2 days the motherboard had been replaced and it feels like a new phone. Zero charge as it was still within the 2 year warranty period. Very pleased with the service and the result.

I had quite an amazing experience today at the Sumsung Store in oxford street. My phone was sick and needed a doctor and I got a great one in Asif. He asked all the right questions and gave me great advice regarding my phone and then diagnosed it. I found out that indeed it needed surgery. My experience with customer service as a very distraught customer has been very positive. A young man Sina assured me that they would help bring my phone to functionality and empathise with me that I had no access to my phone. On pick up, another young man Noman assisted me and carefully showed me how to properly use my phone and the different functions on my ohone. They both ensured all of my pictures and videos were backed up for retrieve. I am well pleased with their courtesy, patience and general attitude. Best place to test the new Samsung phones, from accessories to foldable phones. Everything you need from Samsung in one place. There is two floors and plenty of staffs to take care of your needs. I don't believe there's a car park, but the have plenty of room for people in wheelchair.

I found this store quite small. Customer services was better when the manager was on the shop floor. The system they have in place when dealing with customer repairs appeared to be a little confusing at first, as only one person on their tablet seems like they can deal with the first stage of your enquiry. You then have to wait ( the store waa to busy at the time of my visit on the weekend) to be seen by the engineer. I was able to leave the shop for a short while as I would receive a text telling me when I will be seen. I collected my repaired phone on a week day morning and the shop floor was calm compared to my first visit. Although there seemed to be a few members of staff free, I waited almost 45 minutes after checking in with the first member of staff, when waiting to collect my phone. I couldn't understand why I was waiting for so long but was seen eventually. Customer service was ok on the second visit.

Tanesha served me very well while serving many different customers since the store was busy. She listened to what I wanted and tailored the device to my personal needs.
Since it was busy I was booked onto a 121 with one of the in-store trainers. Dylan took to me to a special training room which was great as I was with my baby daughter and the store was extremely noisy. Together we went over Smart Switch, camera features and the many benefits of the s9 on a fun and engaging way!

I was here in this branch on Dec 15th. 2018, I have had an issue with another branch Samsung repair Center in Romford, where I went to replace my screen and back glass, after checking their stock and confirming that all is ok, they took my money, and began fixing my phone, in 2 hours they told me my phone is ready, but had no back glass in stock, so they placed a used one on, when I asked for a discount t, they refused to give me a discount, and asked me to return the following week, I returned and they still didn't have one, this time they offered me £10 discount, but after waiting a week, and driving back another 12miles to that location, the £10 wasn't doing it for me, they said they would need the back glass back after I've replaced it in order to give me a refund. So I decided to go to Samsung experience center on Oxford street, 18 miles away, it was a whole different experience from the start, I was greeted by a young and genuinely kind, bearded young man called Dylan, who listened to my story patiently and went downstairs to explain my situation to the operators at the repair department. He returned and told me the guys downstairs are willing to look into the situation, although under normal circumstances, we don't give back any parts to the consumer, all parts normally go to Samsung recycling facility, I at that point pleaded with him, I need it to get my refund back from the other branch, he said let's see what the team downstairs will decide. He booked me in, lead me downstairs to a man called Federico, who checked my phone extensively and took what looked like a million pictures of it, he explained to me along with another young man called Marco, that the phone will have to be wiped out, and all software and hardware will be checked for optimum performance as part of the policy of Samsung, (notice:none of that happened in the franchise at Romford). I asked them, so you guys require a payment before I leave, they said no! surprised 😯 at how this branch operated and how differently I'm being treated here, I said thank you, I asked how long, they said they will email me. I left the branch not knowing what to think. I went to see a friend, told him my story, had a meal, a drink, checked my email after a couple of hours, and there it was, an email inviting me to come pick up my phone, again I was escorted by one of the gets upstairs to the lower part, there I was greeted again by Marco, in minutes, a big bearded man showed up from behind the doors (technicians rooms) greeted me warmly, and introduced himself, I am Mustapha, we are sorry you had to go through this, here's your phone sir, the back glass has been replaced with a brand new one, software updated and optimised, there was also a problem with the front camera, so that was replaced too, all free of charge, and here's the used back glass (bagged and wrapped in bubble wrap). He then disappeared behind the door again, at that point Marco finished up the rest of the job of setting it up, installing my SIM and memory card, printed out the the invoice and asked me if there is anything else they could help with. I was over the moon with the service I got in that branch, I can't recommend that branch enough, the team listened to my problem, was polite, professional, and courteous, they fixed my phone in a timely manner and highly exceeded my expectations. Rohan provided me with a flawless service on 11.06.16. He was phenomenal, kind and VERY patient considering we were there for a while. I had countless issues with my Samsung Galaxy Alpha. The main issue being that it only worked whilst charging(sometimes). He miraculously managed to upgrade my phone to a Galaxy S7 even though my upgrade wasn't due until NOVEMBER. He helped trade in the Alpha to reduce the early upgrade fee and still take away some of the excess cost. A lot of money was saved that day. In general, the staff were friendly and great, but Rohan in particular was exceptional.

Visited the store twice during the s10 preorder time. I found the staff friendly but not pushy which was good. The only issue was the lack of knowledge in relation to the buds giveaway. The person I spoke to insisted that I could pick up the buds in store and I could pick the colour.so I bought an s10+ in ceramic black and wanted the black buds. Thank you Kane! 5 stars couldn't express my gratitude to this wonderful man! I came to store today with a broken screen and none of the 5,000 images of my son from birth to present backed up. When I walked into the store I looked around for help but within minutes a young professional approached me and asked if I needed any assistance, I explained my situation and Kane was on the case immediately with suggestions as well as a sympathetic ear. (I was literary having a melt down as I thought I'd lost everything on my phone! Anyway Kane asked me to enter my password, I did and it didn't work! We tried maybe 10-15 times each time I insisted my password was right and each time Kane explained that if it were right the system would allow access. Kane was unbelievable patient, and tried like he was trying for a friend or a member of his family. Turns out I put in the wrong password. When I finally put the right one in Kane seem to be genuinely as happy as I. He then talked me through all kinds of back up options, security options and the small details often missed by sales staff. My intentions as I came in store was to buy a memory card if we were able to access my phone, so I purchased memory card and Kane backed everything up double checked that all the items were backed up and operating and talked me through the cloud options. Throughout Kane remained patient, knowledgeable, good mannered, professional and genuine, what an angel! I also wotnessdd Kane providing support to other colleagues and customers. I really held back on tears because I thought I had lost everything. Well first is a really small store for the name of Samsung the diversity of products is okay but nothing overwhelming and staff even having a good knowledge of the products and some customer skills aren't enough for Samsung the biggest smartphone manufacturer of the world however if aren't a tech enthusiastic you may have a good experience.
Samsung needs something much bigger in all ways possible and a create a new way to sell their phones and other gadgets in way creatively.

Went there on Saturday with a broken phone which was out of warranty. The staff were magnificent. Whilst the engineer was checking out the phone, I was talking to the sales staff about a replacement. My phone needed to be repaired and I was told by my network provider that Samsung would be able to repair it. I went in and was there for about hald an hour but it really felt like a lot less!
Tom was the engineer that I was able to see and he (along with all other staff that I interacted with) was really friendly, understanding and knowledgable. Without going into too much detail; Tom was able to give me an alternative solution which helped me greatly!

Its ok. Sometimes you need to wait ages until one of the staff realise that you are not being served. Getting to speak to a technician can take a long time as you have to get through layers of sales staff first. Otherwise, polite and helpful once dialogue has started.

Visited yesterday to enquire about a Galaxy Smart-Watch and the service was much better! Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant (Soha Sumaira), who went out of her way to answer many questions and explain the products details to me in good detail, and did not pressurise me to make a purchase. Very personable service so I have changed my star ratings to 5. Keep up the good work and I might come back for a new S10 when they eventually come out.

The small cover over the charging plage has fallen. I went back to the shop where I bought the phone from just under two years ago (so still under warranty).
For some reason my phone details/contact weren't on their system. But Brendon a Customer Consultant, who was dealing with it, kept looking in different ways to eventually find the phone details on the system. Caroline has been brilliant. Her manner was kind and attentive. She seemed technically very competent. My phone had needed a new charging port - this was in March. My text messages had been backed up by a member of staff then. However I couldn't find them. Neither could Caroline. She tried hard, consulted a colleague but they couldn't be found. She did however find photos and showed me how to back-up WhatsApp.
