This review is so overdue but needs to be done. My iPhone broke, kept turning off and unable to turn on. Just flashed the Apple sign. My phone network were unhelpful and a colleague suggested stormfront. Never realised how much of my life was on my phone and I was making a long journey which I needed my phone for the satnav. I went there, I think I was clearly flustered and upset and the 2 members of staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. They spent time trying to get it to work and then had to send off reports to their head office. I waited there a good few hours (they kept checking in on me) and eventually they replaced the phone and sent me on my way - I could have hugged them. I wish I did this review sooner, it was probably almost 2 years ago so I don’t know if the staff work there anymore. But honestly, they were so great.

Brought in a MacBook that was still under warranty for a second opinion. Staff were very helpful and gave it a look and a few tests free of charge.

Booked an appointment to have my laptop looked at and I was extremely happy with the service. I was presented with options all throughout the appointment and talked through what tests were being run/tried on my laptop. And I came out of the shop with a fixed computer after being on the phone with Apple support for an hour that morning. Great experience thanks to Pedjo I believe his name was.

Came in at the end of the day to get the iPad Pro with pay-on-finance option as I just could not face the crowded Apple stores in central London and luckily it was empty here. Got a great service, great laughs from nice guys who were friendly and helpful. Jack S, the manager, has a great team here and you can tell he really cares about helping his employees to develop and perfect their customer service.

Booked an appointment by phone, popped in to store at my allotted time to have a new battery for my phone installed. Store manager was very helpful, and in less than two hours I picked up my phone. Good, straight forward service from friendly staff. Would definitely use this Stormfront again.

Took my Macbook Air in to be fixed. First class customer service from start to finish. Great advice in store when I first explained the issue. Then really good communication from the repair team throughout. Roll in a super quick fix and I am one happy customer.

What a helpful bunch of guys! James and Lawrence knew what they were doing, there was a backup plan for every step and we got there in the end, there was no giving up! I was extremely impressed with the service and will be back. I highly recommend using these guys for any Apple problems you may have.

I arrived here a few weeks ago, having tried everything online with the apple support team, and experiencing emotional distress. My hard drive had failed and being an idiot, I hadn't backed up a lot of university dissertation work. The customer service in store was excellent and very reassuring. They immediately checked to see whether I had applecare (which was also causing distress for me). Throughout the process, I have been kept updated on the progress of my Macbook, how long it was expected to take, what the issue was, the fact that replacement parts were sent off for. I was contacted a week ago to explain what the issue was. I cannot fault the service, and even if the outcome hadn't been as brilliant as I'd expected (I did manage my own expectations regarding getting my data back) I would be writing this, because of the way everything was handled. It was made even better by the fact that my data is still there, but this is more to do with what the problem was. I wish everywhere had as good customer service. Well done everyone!

These guys are the go to people when you have an Apple problem. Top customer service and expertise. This is the third time I have used them as they are my local Apple store and they always solve the issue. In this case it was a relatively simple fix for a dropped macbook pro. Last time they saved my macbook air after I knocked a glass of water into it. Swift service by polite and knowledgeable staff. Good work Stormfront Wimbledon.

I had an urgent problem with my old Macbook( a reinstallation of the MacOS). I booked an appointment assigned for the next day. Which is awesome. There, the guy fixed my problem within an hour and I was able to continue my work. Thank you for your fast response, understanding and professionalism. I always find the staff helpful and knowledgeable at Stormfront, Eden especially is very good. I bought my new MacBook Pro into them the other day as it wasn't synced with my texts and despite purchasing it elsewhere Mustafa got to sorting it out straight away. This was actually more complicated to sort out than anticipated but he did it! In future I will buy my Apple products from here - they always give the best service!!!

If you want first class customer service and care, then ask for Tom.. I had a complex log in / out issue with my iPhone. Initially, I was advised to go back to Apple for a resolution. However, Tom took over and showed that he really cared that I walked away with a meaningful outcome. He spent 90 minutes speaking with me and liaising with Apple, to understand what caused the problem. I left with a very clear action plan on how to save my data, then to come back in store, so my phone can be reset. Tom gave a masterclass in customer etiquette. Others should follow his lead. Thanks so much.

Took my Vintage MacBook Pro in for repair, feeling entirely pessimistic about the whole thing. Fully ready to give her the Viking Funeral she deserves and upgrade. BUT. For a tenner, Mustafa resurrected her. In a matter of hours. I have been telling EVERYONE about how good the service was. I know more about my Mac now than I did, because Mustafa was so informative, and I've got a bit more life out of my beloved MacBook. I don't do reviews, but Storefront was brilliant. Take them all your faulty gear!

This is great Apple Store (alternatives?) in Wimbledon, they look / feel exactly same as other Apple stores in town, I am not sure how that works (for Apple) but all the staffs are well trained and there is repair booth at the back you can get your apple gadget fixed, just in case..

Very helpful male staff member. Called in today with my son to ask about Apple watches. Excellent summary information of the watch uses.

Excellent service from Mustafa. The Apple store weren't particularly helpful in fixing my broken screen but Stormfront had it sorted within an hour.

Came in with a broken screen on a first generation ipad, was told they could give me a like for like replacement for 200quid but couldn't replace the screen. In the end went down the road and got the screen replaced for 70quid.
