SpecTronics first deployed Microsoft Office 365 for us around 5 years ago and have been on hand to manage and support ever since, including most recently a complete reconfiguration as we rebranded to a new domain. Customer service and support is excellent. Highly recommend.

Spectronics recently set up Sharepoint for our company to separate information we wanted to make available to customers, to staff and also only to the Directors of the company. They undertook the task and completed it in three days. They helped us work through the teething problems and it is all up and running smoothly within 6 days of starting the project. It is very important to us as we need a quick and reliable system to store and disseminate information. The cost was also competitive. I'd highly recommend them.

My laptop was completely unusable so I could not use it at all. I asked SpecTronics to fix it for me. I have used them before and I know that they are absolutely reliable. When I rang them up they were devastated - I had been affected by a scam and therefore unfortunately I was unable to use the laptop. SpecTronics wanted not only to fix the problems but also to update the laptop to Windows 10. In addition they recovered all my files and photos. I was told this is difficult to do and they were not sure if it was possible as my old system is so out-of-date. Not only did they come and collect the laptop from my home but also fixed it and returned it to me - all on the same day. They are fast, friendly and efficient and I am very impressed with their civil and patient manner whenever I contact them. I will always recommend SpecTronics to my friends and family.

Signed up with SpecTronics for our two small offices in London and Manchester in April and have been really happy so far. Main reason for switching to VoIP was for the free internal calls they offer between our offices as this was costing us quite a lot before. Service was set up in under a day and we were able to use it when the phones were delivered the next day. I've been pleased with the customer service we've had and am really glad I chose them. Our account manager has a great sense of humour too which brightens up my day whenever I need to speak to him!

Spectronics has managed our Google account for over 5 years. I can always rely on them to answer promptly and to resolve any issues intelligently and efficiently. Recently we had an accounting issue with Google and Spectronics took it on themselves to get past the standard 'computer says no' answer, and push for a resolution which made a huge positive difference to us financially. From the initial online messaging service the help provided by Ben and the rest of the Spectronics team was exceptional. Due to the large amount of horror stories when searching for a company I had many concerns however Ben and the team were always there with a quick and polite response to despite my persistent questioning.
