These guys have been incredibly helpful, honest and friendly in the process of assisting me with what could have been a very difficult laptop problem. I couldn't recommend them enough. They were patient and accomodating enough to walk me through everything from the shutting down of an older unreliable machine to the purchase of a newer, affordable model. My macbook pro screen just stopped working one day....they diagnosed my laptop and managed to replace the screen by the end of that working day. It has been almost 6 mounts now and I have no issues. They couldn't have been more helpful! This is the second time I've used Tec Prime and I found the service outstanding. Despite being very busy, they dealt with my panic about my computer calmly. Connor patiently explained what the fault was likely to be and how it could be rectified. I took my computer in on a Friday, prepared to wait until the following week for it to be fixed, but got a call around midday-ish the next day to let me know that it was ready for collection. Fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

10/10 highly recommend this company. My hard drive crashed yesterday, I called them, they told me to come in immediately. I paid for the express service (£35, totally worth it). They physically cleaned the PC (it was disgustingly dirty, that's on me). Put in a new hard drive, found my windows serial from my old drive, reinstalled windows, reinstalled all of my hardware drivers, installed the basic software needed for office work. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, fast, fast, fast. When I brought the PC home it was a case of plug and play. The new SSD they installed is a massive upgrade on my HDD. The computer runs a lot faster. They also gave me a 1 year free anti virus software. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this team. If you're in a pinch and need your computer fixed, this is the place. Oh did I mention that all of the above took place in under 24 hours? That is a very important caveat. Great staff, good value, very helpful. I'd initially gone in to find out how much it would cost to repair my laptop. I understand that some stores are reluctant to give their professional expertise for free but the gentleman gave me a ball-park figure for my repair. It was really helpful to know it wasn't worth repairing and that I'd probably get a new one. He pointed out another machine. It was a great deal and the staff were good enough to hunt around for an old laptop bag for me to carry the laptop home. Highly recommended store.
